Blackbird Pastries is a wedding cake and pastry company based in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, also serving New Jersey and Delaware. Owner Lindsey Milicia holds a degree in baking and pastry arts from Johnson & Wales University. Growing up in an Italian family where dessert was held dear, Lindsey’s passion for pastries grew into a career. She creates exquisite wedding cakes and desserts from scratch using only the freshest ingredients.

Couples can indulge in a personalized tasting for their favorite flavors to help them select their final cake and filling option(s). Lindsey can also accommodate dietary requirements including gluten- and dairy-free, vegan, and organic. Soon-to-be newlyweds can also enhance their guests’ dessert experience with cupcakes and pastries.
