I was looking for a nice wedding cake topper that both me and my fiancé both liked. I saw on this website I was able to personalize my cake topper to look more like my fiancé and I. This was the first website I found that I could put a full beard and mustache on the groom. If you are looking for unique and custom wedding cake toppers you have got to check out this company! They have many many options to add to toppers. They even can add on personalized options. For example, I am a Police Officer and my wife is in the nursing program. In our search for cake toppers we found a Police groom and Nurse bride on this website (actually 2 different bride and groom setups) but ontop of that they were able to custom paint my police deptartments patch onto the police uniform (Dallas). The toppers are alittle pricey but well worth it, eveybody at the wedding had nothing but compliments on the topper.

I ordered my custom cake topper on May 3rd 2026 for July 3rd 2026, my wedding isn’t until April 25th of 2027. I received NO email that it was even on the way, and the day of July 3rd came and went, on July 29th my cake topper arrived and it was wrapped really well, I had ordered the mermaid being held by the groom, and when it was unwrapped the cake topper was CLEARLY broken, the groom had been broken off at the base of his ankles and was glued back together. For $152 the audacity of sending a broken one is wild. I emailed them because I was obviously upset and their excuse was that it got broken during the “color correcting process,” and that they still sent it after that. No excuse. It should’ve been thrown away and automatically made a new one for me. Their next email said, “Because you have so much time left before you’re wedding and you have time to receive another one we’ll send you another one and will send you an email when it’s on the way.” I wanted all these things in ADVANCE for a reason. They then CALL me and tell me I need to respond to the email they sent to me (that already said they were going to send me another one) that I want another one to be sent. So I did, and 2 months go by again with no email. Nothing. I emailed them in concern and they actually emailed me back asking if I could send the FIRST broken one they sent me back. No update on the one that was supposed to be coming or anything. I went off and told them how upset I was and frustrating this whole process has been waiting for them to update me or even send me another one. They apologized and said, “We’ll send you another email with the tracking by the end of this week. It’s almost done.” That was Monday, it’s now Sunday, no email, and it JUST arrived. DO NOT purchase from this “company.” They are so utterly unprofessional and not worth the stress they put you through before your big day when you already have a lot going on! I ordered this cake topper May 3rd for July 3rd, it’s not October 5th and I’m BARELY getting the RIGHT one!

I ordered a cake topper from the Jayne Williams website over 2 months ago, and they eventually emailed me my order number and told me when it would ship. It’s now been 3 weeks since the date it was supposed to arrive, and I’ve tried emailing and calling them multiple times with no response. I spent almost $200 on the cake topper and it did charge my card. I saw someone’s review on here from 2024 saying the same thing happened to them too and the good reviews are all from 2017 or earlier. I have to agree with their statement that this may potentially not be a business anymore.

I have been waiting almost two weeks to get some response on the progress of my order and no one has been picking up their phone or email. Every review I see is from no later than 2017 so it makes me think they don't have business anymore, yet they still took my money and ignore any attempt to reach out. Don't recommend.
