Orangerie Events provided me with a "Day of" coordinator. This was a huge weight off my shoulders and went wonderfully. Sharon was professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and kept everything running smoothly.

Priscilla provided "day of coordination" for my husband and I's wedding last month. We chose to hire her after we saw the great job she did handling the wedding of a friend of ours. I wish I could put a score higher than 5 for value! Priscilla went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was exactly how we hoped it would be. We had over 11 different vendors (caterer, florist, chocolate favors, band, lighting, cake, etc.) and not a thing went wrong throughout our entire reception. If you are looking for a hard-working, down-to-earth, creative and affordable wedding coordinator, Priscilla is your girl. I will definitely be recommending her to all of my unmarried friends!

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Priscilla was there for us every step of the way for 14 months. She has the sweetest personality, a great sense of style, an amazing eye for detail, creative ideas, and an AWESOME professional attitude. Although we had only asked for mostly Day of Coordination, I feel like she went far and beyond and bent over backwards to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Not only was she willing to spend her birthday working our wedding but she did it with a beautiful smile on her face. Priscilla Erwin was AMAZING at my best friend's wedding! During the planning of the wedding my friend was super stressed, once she hired Priscilla she was a different person! She was SO relieved and was so happy with the value of hiring Priscilla. She knew all these great vendors to use and that made planning things so much easier! I was the maid of honor and was so impressed with the way she handled everything! At the rehearsal I know the bride wanted to just enjoy, and Priscilla organized all the family, had wonderful print out schedules for everyone, and just handled every detail! The wedding was wonderful and she took care of all the last minute details...including fetching the grooms ring for me! Once we were at the reception later we realized we didn't have a tossing bouquet- never fear! Priscilla gathered some extra flowers from decorations at the ceremony and fashioned a tossing bouquet that I would NEVER know was created on the spot! What's funny is neither of us even worried when we realized there was no bouquet, we were just like "Priscilla will handle it." and she did with grace! I HIGHLY recommend her for any bride!

We love Priscilla! She a was the day-of coordinator for my summer 2011 wedding at Leatherwood Mountains. When I met Priscilla, I found her to be very positive, genuine & professional. The great qualities she displayed at the beginning of the planning process were the very same throughout. She is a delight and the service she provides is so very necessary if you plan on enjoying your wedding day!

My family and I felt that our ceremony and reception were, in my dad’s words, “seamless “and Priscilla had everything to do with that. She was perfectly calm and collected as she adapted to the unique issues that my destination wedding presented. She is likeable and methodical, allowing her to command the attention of our wedding party and family members when needed. When looking for a wedding planner, it was important to me that I found a good person who would serve as our ally & advocate. Priscilla was that ally! I am a true "J" on the Myers-Briggs, i.e. very organized, highly detailed, and rather obsessive about planning. From one organized woman to another, I can't say enough about how wonderful Priscilla Erwin is!!! We were married at The Matthews House in Cary on June 11, 2011! A last minute decision was made to move the ceremony indoors from the lawn to the ballroom due to the sweltering heat. Though the staff assured me that it would be no problem and that this sort of thing has happened before, but they were rather disorganized and didn't quite have things together on the day of the wedding. If it weren't for Priscilla stepping in, giving staff direction, and making sure every plan of mine was in place, then it would have been a nightmare! She was there to coordinate with the DJ, the venue staff, the florist, the cake maker, the servers, etc. In addition to coordinating the move of the ceremony indoors, she made sure that the ballroom was flipped and cleaned appropriate from the ceremony to the reception. Priscilla is thorough, detailed, professional, personal, and caring wedding planner/coordinator and I wouldn't recommend anyone else more highly or with more confidence!

Priscilla is absolutely wonderful to work with. Very professional, knowledgable and FUN! It was wonderful knowing the day would go smoothly with her in charge. And I hardly noticed her! She gets the job done without being one of those "bossy" directors :-) I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone to make their big day run smoothly.

When me and my wife got engaged, we thought no big deal we can plan a wedding! We soon found out that juggling work/school we were quickly becoming lost in what to do! My now wife informed me she found a wedding planner. When she met with Priscilla, she was truly impressed! She is super nice and was very fun to deal with! Our wedding was amazing and very organized! Priscilla help so much it seemed as if we just showed up, got married and relaxed! We had one issue, out of anyones control come up, and Priscilla handled it wonderfully and took care of us. Priscilla and Sharon did an amazing job with my best friend's wedding!! I was the maid of honor and talked with them for the bride who was out of town. They were flexible and so professional and organized! The timeline Priscilla made was great and Sharon was such an asset the whole day!! Any questions people had or concerns were taken care of right away and she really put us all at ease (especially the mother-of-the-bride! haha!). It was great working with her and having a "go to" person when we didn't know what to do. I highly recommend them both and will probably use them whenever I get married!
