Mary Kate is absolutely amazing. Not only is she incredibly talented - she's also an amazing person. She works with you before the wedding to get a sense of what's special to you and moments you'd like to capture. It had rained for several days before our wedding and it was at a venue with beautiful outdoor scenery - in a gorgeous grove of trees. She knew we wanted to have some candid shots taken there and brought rain boots for me to wear under my dress!!! If you're getting married in the DC-area (or anywhere for that matter), Mary Kate is the best. She helped make our day so special and the photos are out of this world!

Mary Kate was one of my favorite vendors for my wedding. I heard of her through a girlfriend of mine that used her as well. When I saw her work, I knew I had to have her! Check out her website!
She is very professional and very sweet! I highly recommend! I have been passing her name around.

Mary Kate was the most amazing photographer I have ever seen. If you are going to invest in one thing in your wedding, let it be her. She has a true gift of capturing every moment without you ever even noticing she's there. Her angles, the way she captures peoples faces...it's genuine, and I have never seen anything like it. Everyone I know has just raved when they saw our pictures, saying they are the best they've ever seen. It's truly an art and she has mastered it. I can't speak highly enough of this talented photographer.

MK is wonderful! We chose one of her packages that included engagement photos as well as our wedding day photos--and I am so glad that we did! Our E-photos were fabulous and I am in love with our weding phots. MK is so fun and flexible and became a good friend during the whole process. I think that if I ever need a professional photographer for anything I will go to MK!

I'm very happy I chose MK to be my wedding photographer. Not only was she professional, but she and Jaime (our second photographer) were fun to have as part of our group throughout our wedding day. I was extremely happy with the sneak peaks she posted on her blog. They are absolutely phenominal. I can't wait to see the rest!

I cannot possibly say enough good things about MK, and I have only seen about 20 teaser pics from her! From the very beginning, we clicked and that made her such a joy to work with on our wedding day. She was out of the way (I honestly don't remember her taking a single picture, other than our formals), professional and just as sweet as can be. Her prices are very budget friendly and she was willing to work with us on a payment plan. She made me look and feel beautiful, when I was so afraid that I wouldn't. She was great with our crazy families during formals at church and so much fun to bum around and take pictures in Old Town with. I told her in an email the other day that I think I'm her most satisfied customer ever and I honestly mean that. She was fantastic and one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met.

MK has been one of the best professional photographers I have ever worked with. As a Creative Director I interact with photographers on a regular basis and not only was she professional, but put everyone at ease. She is a delight to have around and her assistant Jamie was great as well. Since the wedding we have had her shoot our son's 6 week photos and look forward to having her shoot for us for years to come.
