We had a fantastic experience with Betty. The tasting and design of our cake was pleasant, and she delivered everything we expected and more. The cake was gorgeous and very tasty -- we had many compliments on it (and many people asked who our baker was, etc.).

I gave Betty a 4/5 on the responsiveness as she sometimes took a little while to return a call/email, but she always did respond. This might make you a little more nervous if you are a bridezilla type, but Betty has her stuff together and delivers a superior product for a very reasonable price.

Most delicious and beautiful cake. All of my guests raved about the taste and how amazing it looked. Betty created a cake that went beyond what I had envisioned. Thank you SO SO MUCH!!!!

Betty's Sweet Dreams wedding cake for my daughter's wedding was WONDERFUL!!!! The cake was just like Betty said it would be, moist, wonderful and delivered on time!!! My daughter had so many comments by all the guest saying how wonderful her cake was. It was the most beutiful cake for the most beautiful bride!!!! The presentation of the cake was awsome!!!

my husband complained how impossible the cake i wanted at are wedding wanted to be. But Betty made it all possible! She was very creative in her her work and did a great Job!

Though I received many praises on the taste of Betty's cake, I was left unsatisfied with the way the entire transaction was handled. It was very upsetting not hearing from Betty after leaving her several messages & sending many emails throughout the process, from setting a tasting appointment to sketch details to deposit/payment. During the last few days before the wedding I had to ask my day-of coordinator to try contacting Betty via Facebook, since Betty's voicemail inbox was full and didn't allow me to leave any messages. I understand Betty works hard and basically does everything on her own, however, it was extremely stressful not hearing back from her within days after sending messages/emails. When I receive a response (mostly by email, never a phone call) she was indeed professional and did answer all my questions.

Betty is extremely talented in making creations that are equally beautiful and tasty! She made 160 cupcakes for our wedding and they were such a success that I had guests asking me all night for Betty's contact info!

Betty is a creative and talented professional. There isn't anything she cannot do when it comes to creating your cake. My daughter's cake was a 5 tier Black and White Chanel inspired masterpiece. Every single petal on each of the Magnolia flowers were quilted and each flower had edible candy diamonds! The top of the cake even had a strand of edible "pearls" and was truly a work of art. Her attention to detail is incredible. Each tier was a different flavor, starting with the most delicious and moist red velvet cake ever. The guests were so impressed. My daughter and her new husband were so happy with the look and taste of the cake. You will be so happy with Betty's Sweet Dreams' you'll be dreaming of her cakes long after your party is over...

Betty did an awesome job on our wedding cake. It was more than what we could ever have dreamed of. She is such a sweet person and was wonderful to work with. All of my guests loved the cake and kept asking who made it. I highly reccomend her to any bride.Thank you so much Betty!!!!

The BEST CAKE WE HAD EVER TASTED -- hands down! Not to mention the most BEAUTIFUL, exquisite design any guest of mine had ever seen.

Betty is as sweet as her cake and do not miss out on her cake-tasting. She is awesome. WE still have some cake saved for later because she made extra for us just because she wanted us to have enough and that the 5-tiered cake looked better aesthetically than a 4-tiered one. Her ingredients are nonpareil -- organic, nothing processed, whole and wonderful. The best fondant I've ever had -- we could have just eaten the fondant.

Betty is also special because she will make you a top tier of the cake a year from now FRESH -- for your anniversary at no charge because she doesn't like to have her cake eaten frozen. She is so good.

We designed the cake together -- had the best time -- she is a true artist and will come up with sketches of her own to present to you. Then without further ado, she will show up and deliver it day of. No fuss, no muss. Happy and perfect. The cake played a starring role at the wedding -- you should have seen the kids faces at the "altar of cake." One of them (the little boys) dragged me to it and declared, "I did not bake it! I promise you. It wasn't me." He was in awe of it and wanted to make sure that no one short of Santa Clause could have made a cake that fantastic -- and this was just from the LOOKS of it.

When we cut into it, and passed five different flavors of cake around -- there was silence for the first time in the evening. People's eyes were rolling back. I know mine was, I'm sure I have a picture of that from my photographer.

Please, please, please don't miss out on Betty's genius. GO TASTE HER CAKES!!!

Before meeting with Betty I went to several vendors and they didn't impress me at all. When I went for the tasting with Betty I knew she was going to make my wedding cake!!! Her professionalism is incredible she captured my vision of my cake perfectly and she created a beautiful cake. All my guests could not stop raving about my cake and how delicious it was. I totally recommend Betty she is great to work with and she makes delicious cakes of all kinds. She will be making my best friends wedding cake next year. THANKS BETTY!!!!
