I just wanted to make you aware of my deep frustration, and disappointment with your customer service, alterations department, and overall experience I had a t your bridal salon. My first trip there I was only impressed with the amount of dresses that you had in comparison to other salons, otherwise everything was disappointing. No one meet us for my appointment. We pulled dresses on our own, and completed the appointment without a single person helping us, or asking how it went. I did end up purchasing "my dress" from your store, however it continued to be disappointing transaction. There were many hidden fees (garment bag, alterations, etc.) and I could barely understand anyone (language barrier, I speak English). After buying my dress, I was told a specific date when it would arrive, May, but it did not arrive till late June, beginning of July. And no-one had a direct answer as to were my dress was, or even bothered to apologize for its absence. I came for my first fitting, and thee was no air conditioning, I could NOT understand the alterations lady, and again, I was very disappointed, and felt taken advantage of. Also, my father had to wait in the lobby, and I had to walk out to see him. He could not be in the room with me, very disappointed. My second appointment i came by myself, and wait 20 minutes to be FINALLY greeted by someone. My dress was ruined. The chest area was SUPPOSE to be taken in, it looked awful. That the hem was jaggedly cut with scissors! And my train was fastened with safety pins, REALLY! I ended up paying $220 for safety pins!!! At my wedding, the train never stayed up, or in place, and in pictures you could tell. I tripped on it all night. I hated the way it looked. Thank you for ruining my dress, my wedding night, and my overall experience. Again very disappointing! You can count on me to tell everyone this, post it on review sites for your company, my faceb account, in general spread negative PR about your company. Sincerely, Vanessa McMurry-Cox
