Simply the best photographer ever! We looked at several photographers and loved the artistic eye and photojournalistic approach of Armin. Armin has a way of capturing the spirit and emotions of people in a way that is so powerful -- he has a gift! We smile and laugh when we look at the moments that are now forever memorialized by Armin's watchful and intuitive eye. He is uber professional and super nice as well! My husband, Jeremy and I were married on June 18, 2009 and when it came to picking our wedding photographer we wanted the absolute best!

We searched portfolio after portfolio and were finally amazed by only one, Armin DeFiesta! He was everything that we could have hoped for and MORE!

He travelled to our destination wedding in the Bahamas bringing, bringing a second and third shooter for added angles and shots. The professionalism and creativity that he brought to our special day was amazing!

He covered our engagement photos, our rehearsal dinner photos, our wedding day/reception photos and we couldn't have been more pleased.

The day of our wedding was the most memorable time of our lives and he was able to capture that in all of his photos. He was non-intrusive and his personality blended very well with our wedding party. We would highly recommend him to anyone for any occasion, and plan to use his services in the future.

The photos from our wedding are amazing! Even our guests haven't stopped talking about them! Armin and his crew did a fantastic job. Armin is wonderful to work with, and very responsive. We had access to out photos just a couple days after wedding!

Armin was there for us every step of the way. From engagement pictures (including a local shoot AND one of him traveling to NC), to bridal portraits, to rehersal shoots, preparation shoots and the big day....he was there. He was used his expertise to guide us and help us make decisions, but has always been concerned that we LOVE the final product. AND WE DO!

If you want the best.....HERE HE IS!!!!! We do not have one complaint at all. All of our pictures are wonderful and are going to look great around our home and our family and friends' homes. Armin is an amazing photographer. When we saw some of his work on his website, we knew he would be our top choice for our wedding. Then when we met with him in person, the combination of his talent, professionalism and easygoing personality sealed the deal.

He is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. We did our engagement session, pre-bridal session and wedding day with Armin, and we admit we were nervous to be the center of attention and neither of us felt that we were very photogenic. However, he made us feel extremely comfortable and he made us look fabulous in the pictures!

He has an amazing photojournalistic style that shows the true story of the day. And he is so good that we didn't even notice he was there! He is non-intrusive, but still somehow manages to capture all the special moments of the day. We highly recommend him to couples in the DC area and anywhere else.

My husband, BIll and I met with other photographers, but knew once we met Armin that he would be the one to shoot the most important day in our lives. Even before we met with Armin I knew his style of photography was what I wanted for my wedding photos. Everytime I watched one of his slideshows it made me cry (In a good way). After our first meeting Armin already felt like a friend, and he was definitely happy to answer all our questions. Our engagement session was a blast, and they are still some of our favorite shots of ourselves. When it came to the big day, everyone mentioned how they hardly noticed the photographer was there. And even though Armin, Bill and I had many shots planned out, he was open to lots of unexpected shots, like when an ice cream truck happend to pass by while we were doing our portrait. I got so many compliments from our guests, and friends and family who weren't able to be there, that they loved the photos. We loved working with Armin, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Armin was fantastic and pictures are amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. The day was perfect and he was able to capture every moment so well. One of my favorite things that Armin does is putting together a slideshow (to music!) for the reception. I chose not to have a videographer which ended up a better decision than I expected - Armin's photos and slideshow captured the essence of the day better than any wobbly home video could!

Armin's style is very natural but also flexible. We both have a passion for photography and he knew I wanted stylized but natural photos instead of the traditional family photos. So after the requisite portraits, we just went and had fun! We played and he shot -- in the rain, no less! Not only was it a blast, we got better photos than we even expected.

For brides who want a low key yet very engaged photographer, for brides who love to have fun and want a photographer to capture every fantastic moment, Armin is definitely the photographer for you!

Armin is truly a talented and amazing photographer. I have worked with him several times now with the engagement session, family session and just recently my wedding. After every photosession I'm extremely happy with the results. Every time, I am an awe by his work!! I was even able to see some of the pictures the very next day!! Even during my wedding reception, he had a slideshow playing of some of the pictures taken that day. The pictures were always delivered to me quickly. Armin definitley knows the right moments and details to capture during that special day. I feel so lucky to have had him photograph some of the most important events of my life. Because of his excellent work, I will be able to cherish these special memories for the rest of my life. Thanks Armin!!! =)

I couldn't have asked for a better photographer, Armin well exceeded our expectations. :-)

Armin and his assistant were amazing to work with. He is so easy going and has the most incredible eye for the right moments to snap pictures. After shooting a pre-bridal session (which the pictures turned out SO well) I was so anxious to see how wonderful the pictures on the big day would turn out and he didn't disappoint. Everyone that has seen the pictures is in shock by how perfectly he captured one of the most special days in our lives. We can't thank him enough for everything he put into his work; it really shows. He pays attention to details that most photographers would overlook and that definitely sets him apart. I'm honestly writing this review because I want other people to have the same quality of photos to remember their wedding day because it all passes by way too fast and pictures are one of the few things you have to remember it by.

Armin shot our wedding at the Dulles Hyatt in September and we couldn't have been more thrilled. The pictures that we got turned out absolutely amazing. People today still comment on them and how their pictures don't look near as good as ours. The album was perfect. Armin was responsive, fun to be around, and truly documented our day. He is definitely the best of the best. I would (and already do) HIGHLY recommend him to any and all of my friends.
