How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
The cost is determined based on number of guests contracted and the ballrooms being reserved. Our Catering Sales Executives can further explain minimums and other costs.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes, we offer either seated or buffet/station style dinners and can create special menus for you as well
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Staging (Non - Covered), cherry wood small tables for ceremonies, audio needs, lighting enhancement packages, and our Certified Wedding Managers to assist with rehearsals and getting you down the aisle.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes, our exclusive Mayflower Event Showroom can enliven your creative senses with an array of upgraded linen, china, and chairs. Our Exclusive in-house Mayflower Floral Decorators can create beautiful floral arrangements with your budget in mind.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
1 server per 15 guests for seated dinners.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, however we will supply our Brides with a list our of Mayflower preferred vendors. These vendors have been with the Mayflower for many years and are the best in the area.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No and we do not charge additional fees with the exception of eletrical drops.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?

Yes, because of the historic nature of the hotel, we do not allow for anything to be affixed to our walls. However, the mystique and beauty of our ballrooms are decoration enough.

We may accomodate another wedding, meeting, dinner, or other special event. However, you are paired with one of our Certified Wedding Event Managers who will only focus on your wedding and no other events and they will work to ensure that your wishes become reality!
