Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We strongly recommend an appointment to ensure there will be a fitting room and consultant available to help you try on gowns. However, if you happen to stop by without an appointment we will always try to accommodate you but priority will be given to those with an appointment. We allot 1 1/2 hrs per appointment. What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
We currently carry Lea-Ann Belter, Birnbaum and Bullock, and Carmela Sutera (all lines exclusive for Southern California). We are in the process of exploring additional designers. If you have a suggestion please let us know as we appreciate feedback.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Once a dress is ordered, it usually takes 4-6 months to arrive in our boutique. Remember these gowns are not made until the order is placed. Once the gown arrives you should also allow 1-2 months for alterations; making the entire process 6 to 9 months long. This would be the ideal situation but we often do the process in less time. Many of our designers can do a ?rush? on a gown.
How often do you receive new dresses?
We receive new gowns year round. If you didn?t find the dress of your dreams the first time in you may find it on your second or third visit.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We carry custom veils, handmade jewelry (exclusive to our boutique), bridal shoes (dyeable is an option), flowergirl dresses, ringbear pillows, flowergirl baskets, guest books, purses, hair accessories (pins, tiara's, bands). If there is a particular accessory that we don't carry we will try to accomodate special requests.
