Amanda, the owner, knows the ins and outs of the wedding dress industry and she makes her shop intimate and special. I felt comfortable with her and she makes great suggestions and asks great questions to help guide you through. This was the first shop I went to and I tried on a variety of dresses. I ended up finding THE ONE and am so pleased. Highly recommend if you want to have the shop to yourself with you loved ones and have a relaxing time!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Amanda and how lovely Lorien Bridal is. Upon walking in the door my inner nerd girl squealed at how many nods and touches and all-out tributes to the things that make my nerdy heart happy. Amanda was so easy to work with, she listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want, and most importantly my budget. I had been to 6 other bridal salons and hadn't found "the one", and I was feeling a little desperate. As a plus-size bride it can be hard to shop for dresses. Amanda never made me feel like my options were limited by my size, in fact, she made sure I knew my options were only limited by my dreams. The dress I ended up purchasing is the first dress she pulled for me, it was absolutely incredible. I felt incredible and my husband adored the dress. Thank you Amanda!

I said yes to the dress at Lorien!!

I could write a novel as to how much I love Lorien and Amanda. It's one of the most unique bridal salons I've ever visited. The attention to detail and curation of the decor is so magical, it truly sets Lorien apart. And you must use the restroom while you're there!

I'd been to 6 different stores before I ended at Lorien. Amanda asked smart questions about what I liked and didn't like about the other stores I went to and dresses I tried on. I showed her a photo of my top two choices and she explained how one of them wasn't quite hitting me at my natural waist, something I hadn't considered! I so appreciated her transparency. If I didn't like a dress, she'd tell me that's great! We know what we don't want them.

Amanda really understands how to dress all kinds of shapes and sizes unlike any other stylist I had. She 100% will help you find the most flattering dress that will make you feel absolutely beautiful.

Amanda is the store owner and she runs the whole place herself. I don't know how she does it all and still is such a sweetheart.

And a genius! I came in with a low budget, a somewhat nontraditional wedding in mind, and a lot of body image issues.

Her picks were wonderful, and even though I ended up not loving certain dresses on me as much as I thought I would online, she knew exactly how to pivot.

The appointment was so fun, and she was fully accepting of all my weirdness.

I did not find my dress that day, but Amanda showed me a dress that will be coming in later that she thinks would be perfect for me. I can hardly wait to come back and get my dress.

Wow! What a place. The vibe is a vibe. It immerses you in an environment where you are at your best self to make an important decision! I felt so at ease. Amanda the owner was so helpful, and really listened to what I was looking for. She was the opposite of a business woman, she genuinely wanted me to find a beautiful dress. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. My room was Star Trek themed which was a breath of fresh air, it took the stuffiness out of gown shopping. I can’t wait to post my wedding pics in a Lorien gown ❤️

The selection of dresses in the store has a fantastic variety, and the decor is a very fun and comfortable vibe. Trying on dresses was super easy, Amanda gave great input and advice, and ordering was a breeze once I found the dress.

When I had questions about what lining color to order she sent me pictures and pulled some dresses with the linings for me to come by and see in person. She helped with cost effective options and genuinely cared that I was comfortable with my pick.

Compared to my experience at Lorien, the other bridal shops I went to first were pushy, over done, uncomfortable, princess nightmares. If you want to try on dresses somewhere relaxing and fun with someone who will give you an honest opinion, asks the right questions, and who treats you like an adult, I can't recommend Lorien enough!

Amanda at Lorien Bridal single handedly saved my wedding! I cannot say enough good things about her and her shop. But I'll try: After a series of unexpected events, I had to find a new wedding dress two weeks before my wedding. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT. After an emotional breakdown & realizing I had no dress for my wedding, I was referred to Lorien and Amanda moved mountains to help me not only find an INCREDIBLE DRESS... but found me a dress that I love EVEN MORE than my original one! She found me my dream dress. It's so ME. My mom, maid of honor & bridesmaids agree. It encompassed every quality I told her I wanted. And I didn't expect to get them all in one. I am completely obsessed. I've never felt more beautiful. We had to get the dress overnighted - which she made sure happened - and she referred me to a tailor who also made miracles happen. I found my dream dress at Lorien. And it's because of Amanda. She just gets it and is sooooo wonderful to work with. She's the nicest, sweetest person that makes the process happy and fun. She didn't try to push any of her garments on me to buy either. She just genuinely wanted me to feel special and held space and time for me to do that. I am forever grateful. Also, her boutique is the loveliest space of all the shops I went to. She's decorated it in a way that feels intimate and special.

I loved working with Amanda even before I stepped into her beautifully decorated bridal boutique. Even through email, Amanda was attentive, kindhearted, and detail-oriented whenever I had questions.


I watched all her Tik Toks and looked at all the photos I could of her bridal shop online because I was so excited about our appointment! But nothing compares to stepping foot into the whimsical and floral scene of her bridal shop.


I felt so at home surrounded by floral trees and “nerdy” decor from Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings. I can’t wait to visit again to pick up my dress and choose our accessories!


I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, especially nontraditional brides looking for anything but your classic white dresses.
