Imperial Elegance Alterations is a San Pedro, California-based alterations studio specializing in bridal, formalwear, and special occasion garments. We work closely with each client to help create a beautiful, comfortable fit for some of life’s most important moments.

From wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses to mother of the bride and mother of the groom attire, we provide personalized fittings and careful alterations based on the needs of each individual garment. Services may include hemming, bodice adjustments, taking garments in or letting them out, strap and sleeve adjustments, bustles, zipper work, lace and applique adjustments, beading and detailed handwork, steaming, pressing, and other custom alterations.

We understand that bridal garments often require extra attention because of delicate fabrics, multiple layers, lace, beading, trains, and detailed construction. For that reason, each gown is evaluated individually so we can recommend the alterations needed for the best possible fit.
