The reason I selected this bridal shop was because I was specifically looking for a vendor that carried Allure Bridal/Couture. I was able to view most of their inventory online and select different models I liked on their website. I emailed Lori asking to try on about 10 different dresses and she was very accommodating. Upon my arrival, all the dresses I selected were ready and they patiently assisted me until I found my dream dress. When my wedding dress arrived after several months, we realized Allure shipped out my dress a size smaller then we requested, but Lori and her team made all the necessary alterations so my dress fit perfectly. Lori also gave me a complimentary veil, which was a perfect addition to my wedding dress. I had a destination wedding and Lori assisted with packing my gown inside my carry on. She is truly an expert at what she does. Thank you Lori for making my dreams come true and for being so accommodating through out the process. I truly felt like a princess with my wedding dress.

I bought my wedding dress in Elliot Claire after visiting their shop in London. I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on there! I was rather daunted about looking for a dress as I had looked at some websites belonging to the "posher" shops online and hadn't found anything at all I liked. I needn't have worried though as from the moment I entered Elliot Claire I was able to relax. The girls there were so relaxed and easy to deal with. I tried on lots of different dresses in many different styles and was assisted by the quiet unobtrusive advice from Anthea who was fantastic. I bought a lovely classic dress and ordered it to made to measure which meant that I could customise different details to make the dress unique. The tailoring process was fantastic and Suzanne really made the dress fit me perfectly. It arrived about 2 and a half months after I ordered it and there was about another 3 weeks for alterations. This was much faster than some of the more expensive wedding dress shops. I was delighted with my dress on the day - it fit me perfectly and it was fabulous that I had made it my own. I would definitely recommend Elliot Claire.

I found the dress of my dreams here! I actually went in planning to sew my own dress, but then I found the most perfect dress for me. I didn’t want to change one thing! Also as a seamstress, I’m pretty picky about quality, but this dress was made so beautifully. Oola and Imelda took such good care of me during the selection process, and it was surprisingly easy. I thought I might be indecisive, but this Panache exclusive dress was everything I wanted and more. The matching veil really knocked it out of the park. The dress definitely needed some adjustments at the first fitting (which stressed me out more than it should have lol), but the alterations team was so excellent and handled everything wonderfully. At my second fitting, everything was 100% perfect. If you’re looking for high quality gowns at a boutique with excellent service, I highly recommend Panache.

Connie was amazing to work with. I was a little stressed out planning a cross-country wedding and wasn't sure how alterations on my wedding dress would work living in CA but planning a wedding in Maine. She was fantastic, detail oriented, communicative, and organized. Her storefront is easy to find and has accessible parking. Her prices are VERY reasonable for alterations here in Pasadena. She bustled, hemmed and shortened the straps. I had about 2-3 appointments leading up to the wedding and she asked all the right questions and gave advice about fit. My dress had lace and when she hemmed it, it looked as good as it did originally! She was so sweet and wonderful. Thank you again Connie!
