The reason I selected this bridal shop was because I was specifically looking for a vendor that carried Allure Bridal/Couture. I was able to view most of their inventory online and select different models I liked on their website. I emailed Lori asking to try on about 10 different dresses and she was very accommodating. Upon my arrival, all the dresses I selected were ready and they patiently assisted me until I found my dream dress. When my wedding dress arrived after several months, we realized Allure shipped out my dress a size smaller then we requested, but Lori and her team made all the necessary alterations so my dress fit perfectly. Lori also gave me a complimentary veil, which was a perfect addition to my wedding dress. I had a destination wedding and Lori assisted with packing my gown inside my carry on. She is truly an expert at what she does. Thank you Lori for making my dreams come true and for being so accommodating through out the process. I truly felt like a princess with my wedding dress.

Abigail and Lori were the sweetest ladies from the moment I walked in! They were completely accommodating with my requests. They went beyond in adding special touches to my customized dress. They offered me a great price on a designer dress and veil that I fell in love with. I only had 3 months to get my dress and they made it happen! I had my wedding back in August 2017. I stumbled upon this store through a friend of mine she said she loved all there dress they posted on their instagram. I told her I would check it out. I went to some other shops ( one that I was dreaming of going) my experience was not what I was expecting! I couldn’t find a dress and especially one that was within my budget at “my dream store.” I finally gave in and told my friend okay let’s go to Bridal and Special times. I booked an appointment and from the moment I walked in I fell in love with their gowns. Abigail who was at the front desk was such a fun and sweet soul. She made sure I felt comfortable in every aspect. She put me in a gown that was just what I was looking for! She even suggested things that I could do to the dress to make it pop or a 2 in 1 dress. Which I loved I fell in love once she put a piece of lace and suggested an off the shoulder that I just had to have it! Laurie was such a doll when it came to my fittings and was always very flexible and made sure that I was always comfortable. I loved my entire experience there!

They are very flexible at this location. If you are honest with them, they will be honest with you. They find ways to help you stick with a budget and they are very generous with quality service! I am so thankful I found them. Money was a little tight with my wedding because we spent so much on the reception and ceremony that I forgot to budget for the most important thing... the dress!!!! This place is a hidden gem in Pasadena. I was looking at Allure Bridal Gowns and found out this place carried them. I went to two other bigger bridal shops in the area and even though this place isn't very fancy, I had the best experience here and also found they had the best selection. I called them and they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. The girls were extremely helpful and friendly and the first dress I tried on, ended up being my wedding dress! It's a Pronovias dress and I absolutely love it! Laura ended up giving me a great deal on my dress. They also give discounts on alterations if you buy a dress from them. No other shops that I went to offered that deal. I would highly recommend this place and am very happy I bought my dress from here!

I’m so glad to have found this hidden gem in Pasadena. I scheduled three different store fittings and was not satisfied with any of the dresses. My last appointment was with Lori at Bridal and Special Times. I was skeptical because of the experience at the previous stores, but as I tried on the first dress they found for me, it was the “ONE”. I said YES to the dress! Lori listened to what I was looking for and found the dress I was looking for. It was a Pronovias dress with a beautiful sheer back. Lori added beautiful bead work to the back. Also, I found my bridesmaid dresses here too. Bridal and Special Times has a great selection of dresses. Even though this place is no frills, you’ll be guaranteed to find your dress and at a reasonable price. Lori was very helpful during the alteration and fitting process as well. She made sure the dress fit like a glove. I would highly recommend Bridal and Special Times to any future bride or bridesmaid.

After being disappointed in bridal boutiques and shops while searching for my dream dress, I walked into Bridal and Special Times without any high expectations. I knew of this shop because I worked across the st for over a year, and would pass by it every day.
It looks like a small hole in the wall shop, but carries a variety of beautiful designer dresses. Lori is SUPER nice, she listened to MY NEEDS, my wants, and everything I asked for. She did not have the particular dress I was looking for, it was actually being ordered as a sample. But she was nice enough to show me similar styles, never pushed other dresses that I didn't like. She almost had me convinced of another dress, but she saw I had my heart set on the one I asked for. She said she'd call me as soon as it came in. She did. I saw it, loved it, and she gave me a great deal on my dress. Lori works with you, and is realistic. She is never pushy, and very nice. I was worried I was going to have a miserable dress searching experience. She turned it around for me so nicely.

The time and work put into my wedding gown was greatly appreciated.
