I bought my dream dress at their Beverly Hills location. The stylists were so helpful, and made dress shopping so fun! They also have a great in house tailor that makes the whole dress process so easy. I strongly recommend this boutique.

From the moment I walked into Pronovias Beverly Hills, I knew I would find the dress of my dreams. I had been to a couple other boutiques and not experienced the same warmth and attention to detail that I did at my first and every subsequent appointment at Pronovias. They helped me find the perfect dress for my body type, budget, and wedding theme. The alterations were completed quickly and with care by Tuwunda. After the wedding, they offered great cleaning and preservation advice.

I got married this spring and six weeks prior to my wedding day, I was a stressed out bride with a dress from another shop that did not fit! I called Pronovias in a panic and the employee moved around her afternoon schedule to squeeze me in same day and assured me that she could help. Luckily, my body type fits in the try-on gowns with minimum alterations so I was able to pick a new dress that day! I said “Yes to the dress” again to the Floriana lace gown. The seamstress got to work immediately to assure me it would be ready in time and even adjusted the straps to give me the low back look I had my heart set on! The whole team was incredibly kind and helpful. I am so thankful!! My dress got so many compliments and everyone loved it more than my original gown. Thank you Pronovias!!

I absolutely loved my wedding dress! The quality and everything about it was amazing. The only reason I’m dropping a start is due to the service. They rescheduled my dress fittings twice and informed me the day of, which was a bit inconvenient as I had already requested the days off. Also, they didn’t have my dress ready when I went in for pick up. Luckily, there was only one minor alteration needed so they fixed it and I was able to take it home.

An absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! Do not get your dress here. I found out the week of my wedding that my dress had been ruined and they only let me pick from their dirty sample dresses AND charged me full price for it. WHATTTTT?! Please don’t get your dress here. The Least they could have done was press the dress and clean it for me. Nope. What a nightmare. I’ll be walking down the aisle in a dirty, wrinkled, sample dress that I still paid full price for. So upsetting.
