We are inspired by all facets of the baking tradition, but at Superfine we focus on the art of the edible celebration centerpiece. Our aim is to reinterpret and reframe traditional forms to bring modern, luxurious cakes to clients throughout Los Angeles.
About the Chef
Andrea Boudewijn opened Superfine Bakery to bring the lavish designs and modern looks of NYC and European cake makers to the best and brightest of Los Angeles-area clients. Her pieces are inspired by fashion, architectural details, modern art, nature, expanses of color, and opulent accents. She attended Le Cordon Bleu's pastry and baking program and graduated with highest honors.
