L. Stone Designs came about out of my love for all things handmade. I share my life with my 2 wonderful sons and an amazing husband, but my hands must be kept busy at all times! My journey into the bridal industry first began when that perfect headpiece eluded me for my own wedding. Using a metal hanger and some beads and fishline, I constructed the headpiece that I was looking for! Twenty years later, I am proud to say that I am creating much more sophisticated pieces and using much better materials! I do hope that you will find my designs sophisticated, yet easy to wear. I use the highest quality affordable materials that I hand pick in Manhattan’s Fashion District. My goal is to create for you, that perfect piece, for That Perfect Day, just as I did for myself 20 years ago.

Do you offer custom designing services? Custom design is my specialty. It is what originally inspired me to create my company! Please contact me with any design questions you may have. I am very used to designing on line. In fact, most of my business is done in this manner.
What kind of materials do you use?
I use hand picked semi-precious stones, Swarovski crystal and sterling silver in all of my pieces. I have worked diligently to create techniques that make your jewelry as strong and reliable as possible. I use wire wrapping to close all joins. No jump rings are used in my jewelry except for soldiered ones.
