I wanted a French pièce montée of croquembouche instead of a wedding cake. I didn't think I would be able to afford one until I found Luigi at Cardinali's (make sure you go to the one in Syosset). My dessert was gorgeous, delicious,and the price was right.

Cardinali Bakery is good value for cost. They provided us with the cake we wanted and they did a great job decorating it. We were very pleased with their work.
