Lynne and her team were so amazing and sweet! Lynne was so helpful leading up to my wedding day, from organizing my wedding timeline to contacting my vendors and making sure everything was lined up perfectly for wedding day. She helped my wedding run so smoothly that I didn’t have to worry about anything and just have fun! The team did a great job setting up my ceremony and reception venue just how I wanted, and keeping us all on time! I can never thank her and her team for giving us such a special day we will remember forever!

Kelsey Waller is an incredible wedding coordinator. As someone who is very Type A and stubborn about letting go of tasks, I was looking for someone kind yet assertive enough to handle everything seamlessly. When I first met Kelsey over Zoom, I immediately knew she would be a good fit. She began making our wedding planning easier right away by coordinating with our event coordinator and handling all necessary details effortlessly. Kelsey made the entire organization period smooth and stress-free for us. At our wedding, she assisted with various tasks, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. Looking back, it was exactly as I had imagined. The event was organized, on schedule, and everything my husband and I wanted was accomplished. Kelsey made sure we didn't regret a single thing. Everyone at our wedding raved about Kelsey, including our officiant who had nothing but praise for her. She skillfully managed multiple contractors, including the DJ, event coordinator, videographer, photographer, food and beverage services, attendees, and the wedding party, including my husband and me. If anything went wrong at the wedding, I was completely unaware—everything was perfect, and guests still talk about how flawlessly it went. Much of that credit goes to Kelsey. I highly recommend Kelsey without a doubt. If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, you should—Kelsey is the perfect person for the job! It's also worth noting that even during her last trimester of pregnancy, she executed everything flawlessly, and our wedding took place just one month after the birth of her beautiful baby boy!

I had the pleasure of working alongside Amanda and the Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events team as a photographer at a recent wedding at Valhalla Venue in Lake Tahoe and I can't recommend them enough for wedding planning! From our first interaction via email then a Facetime call with the couple, it was clear that Amanda was incredibly organized, detail-oriented and so passionate about her work! Her ability to coordinate everything seamlessly made the day flow perfectly, allowing Abby and Mitch to truly enjoy their special moments without any stress :) She communicated clearly with all the vendors ensuring everyone was on the same page and made me feel like as though we've already worked together multiple times! Not only did her and her team create a beautiful atmosphere indoors and outdoors, but her calm, friendly and fun demeanor also helped keep spirits high throughout the day! It was a joy to capture the magic her team orchestrated! If you're looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond, Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events is the one to choose! I wanted to take a moment and say how AMAZING Lindsay is at what she does. My husband and I have always wanted a small, intimate wedding and somewhere with beautiful views. Our time at the Tahoe Blue Estate was more than we could have wished for and Lindsay’s coordination skills were what made the day go so smooth. From the beginning, Lindsay was so prompt in responding to all of our questions, got us multiple tours of our venue and suggested to help with any and everything. We thought that we were going to be able to plan a small wedding by ourselves but we 1000% could not have done it without her. We did not have many vendors but the ones we did have, she coordinated with perfectly. We unfortunately had some damage done to the place by our pup, and she made sure to keep us updated and help in any way she could. I can’t say enough amazing things about her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the future. Thanks SO MUCH Lindsay, you rock 😊

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsey throughout our entire wedding planning journey, and she truly helped us create our dream wedding. From the very beginning, she took the time to thoughtfully listen to us and understand our vision, ensuring every detail reflected who we are. Lindsey is not only incredibly organized and professional, but she also handled countless details seamlessly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy the day. Thanks to her expertise and relationships, we were connected with an amazing team of local vendors including our florist, cake designer, musicians, photographer, and videographer. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, and we owe so much of that to Lindsey’s dedication, creativity, and care. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Emily was- hands down- one of the best decisions for planning our wedding! She is incredibly easy to communicate with and plan meetings. We happened to pick a logistically difficult venue in South Lake Tahoe, along with 3 different hotels for guests, but Emily really nailed all of the details and coordinating with the other vendors. Her recommendations for vendors were also spot- on. She also gave very practical advice on what to spend money on and what not to worry about- she won't pressure you on costs at all. Where we did want to spend a little more on the wedding she also gave us great advice on what matters and doesn't. matter to guests. Emily was essential in getting everything squared away with our vendors arrival, tear down, etc. leading up to the big day. On the actual day of the wedding she had her team at each of the shuttle locations, made sure everyone got to the gondola on time, vendors were all set up, etc. etc. Her level of professionalism was second to none- and was especially evident in how flawless she ran the wedding day and worked with the DJ/Emcee. Guests kept telling us all weekend it was the best wedding they've been to - all because of how amazing Emily and her team were!! As the couple, we didn't stress out at all thanks to Emily's hard work. She was so thoughtful about making sure we got to enjoy our day... It was all perfection! Words cannot even express how happy we were that we hired Emily!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Liane on our wedding day this past summer, and recommend her very highly to any couple looking for any planning or day of assistance! Our start with Liane was a little untraditional in that we had a change of plans from another coordinator/planner who could no longer make our event, and she sent us to Liane - about a month prior to the wedding. While we were momentarily stressed about this change, we quickly realized we had no reason to worry. Liane jumped in and did not miss and single beat, she immediately was well familiarized with our vision, plans, preferences, challenges, etc. She worked quickly, efficiently and accurately to get up to speed with us and go above and beyond to make our wedding day impossibly smooth! The day of our wedding, I cannot say a single thing went wrong and I firmly believe a lot if not all of that is thanks to Liane and her team. As the bride I didn’t notice or see anything off plan or out of place, our guests were very well taken care of, as were the groom and I. I told her my 2 non negotiables were getting married and getting a slice of cake, and she made sure both happened without any issues! She even calmly but firmly ushered the groom away from the bar and back to me, and got his drink out for him. If you want somebody who will be there right along side your vision and wedding dreams - who can clearly thrive even with minimal direction and time - Liane is the one for you. Your wedding day, you and your partner, friends, family, and vendors will all be cared for and on the same page. Obviously I hope this is my one and only marriage, but if I ever did it again I’d choose Liane again - and recommend her up and down to anybody and everybody looking for these services.

Working with Julia was great with helping us bring our outdoor Tahoe wedding vision to life. We live in Oregon so she was very helpful with her expertise of the area and referring us to a lot of great local, trusting vendors. She helped kept us organized and I really appreciated her calm demeanor on the wedding day to help us all stay on schedule especially when it stormed right before the wedding! Julia is also a very lovely person to get to know along this journey and glad we were able to work together!

If you’re getting married and not sure if you need a planner, I’m here to tell you that you do and her name is Maddie with Stunning and Brilliant Events Reno/Tahoe. My husband and I just got married and the best decision we made about our wedding was Maddie. She brought my vision to life, found us the perfect venue, and recommended the best vendors. We did a partial package with her and it was perfect for us. She set up and came to all of our venue tours and our menu tasting. She was very intuitive about what we did and didn’t like and asked all of the questions we never would have thought of. Day of her and her team set everything up for us and made sure to take care of any problem that arose like last minute guest cancellations. I also have very bad anxiety and when the loops on the buttons on my dress started snapping she stopped what she was doing and sowed me into my dress and kept my anxiety levels low. She also had my phone and took pictures of every little moment so that we had behind the scenes memories that we didn’t have to worry about capturing. Everyone always says planning a wedding is very stressful but our experience was the exact opposite because of her. Thank you Maddie and to anyone reading this, it’s absolutely worth it.
