I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily for my bridal shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! The theme was “Tea with the Bride to Be,” and Emily brought it to life beautifully. From the charming balloons and arch backdrop to the marquee lights on the lawn there were many places to take cute photos! The games were fun and interactive with beautiful prizes to be won! The make-your-own tea station was such a unique touch and guests were able to make a jar and bring it home to enjoy! The delicious charcuterie board and appetizers were wonderful to enjoy upon arriving followed by the official high tea service featuring homemade tea sandwiches, scones and desserts. Every detailed was thoughtfully planned and executed. Every guest raved about how beautiful everything was, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the day went. If you’re looking for a coordinator who pays attention to every little detail and makes your vision come to life, Emily is the one! Highly recommend!

Emily was- hands down- one of the best decisions for planning our wedding! She is incredibly easy to communicate with and plan meetings. We happened to pick a logistically difficult venue in South Lake Tahoe, along with 3 different hotels for guests, but Emily really nailed all of the details and coordinating with the other vendors. Her recommendations for vendors were also spot- on. She also gave very practical advice on what to spend money on and what not to worry about- she won't pressure you on costs at all. Where we did want to spend a little more on the wedding she also gave us great advice on what matters and doesn't. matter to guests.

Emily was essential in getting everything squared away with our vendors arrival, tear down, etc. leading up to the big day. On the actual day of the wedding she had her team at each of the shuttle locations, made sure everyone got to the gondola on time, vendors were all set up, etc. etc. Her level of professionalism was second to none- and was especially evident in how flawless she ran the wedding day and worked with the DJ/Emcee. Guests kept telling us all weekend it was the best wedding they've been to - all because of how amazing Emily and her team were!! As the couple, we didn't stress out at all thanks to Emily's hard work. She was so thoughtful about making sure we got to enjoy our day... It was all perfection! Words cannot even express how happy we were that we hired Emily!!
