Kelsey Waller is an incredible wedding coordinator. As someone who is very Type A and stubborn about letting go of tasks, I was looking for someone kind yet assertive enough to handle everything seamlessly. When I first met Kelsey over Zoom, I immediately knew she would be a good fit. She began making our wedding planning easier right away by coordinating with our event coordinator and handling all necessary details effortlessly.

Kelsey made the entire organization period smooth and stress-free for us. At our wedding, she assisted with various tasks, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. Looking back, it was exactly as I had imagined. The event was organized, on schedule, and everything my husband and I wanted was accomplished. Kelsey made sure we didn't regret a single thing.

Everyone at our wedding raved about Kelsey, including our officiant who had nothing but praise for her. She skillfully managed multiple contractors, including the DJ, event coordinator, videographer, photographer, food and beverage services, attendees, and the wedding party, including my husband and me. If anything went wrong at the wedding, I was completely unaware—everything was perfect, and guests still talk about how flawlessly it went. Much of that credit goes to Kelsey.

It's also worth noting that even during her last trimester of pregnancy, she executed everything flawlessly, and our wedding took place just one month after the birth of her beautiful baby boy!
