Whitney was AMAZING! I would recommend her over and over again. She helped set up all of our decorations and brought the perfect mix of warmth and professionalism to our wedding.

On the wedding day, she made sure I could relax and enjoy every moment. Whenever a question came up, she handled it so thoughtfully that it never added to our stress. Even when we started running behind, Whitney adjusted the plan and kept everything moving smoothly.

She also helped keep me hidden from my husband while I was running around taking pictures. Because of her, we got to have that special moment at the altar when he saw me for the first time. I’m so grateful Whitney was part of our day!

As the mother of the bride working with Whitney was a great experience. I did not have to worry about anything. Whitney greeted our other vendors and got them set up, took care of details for the rehearsal, set up and fixed floral arrangements. She would come over and ask if I needed anything from her. She was very organized and great to work with. She was very friendly.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Whitney! She jumped in at the very last minute and somehow took everything in stride. From the moment she stepped in, she was organized, calm, proactive, and completely on top of everything.
She didn’t just coordinate our wedding—she made it feel effortless. She handled every little detail, anticipated things we didn’t even think about, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy our day.

To jump into a wedding last minute and absolutely crush it the way she did is seriously impressive. We are so incredibly grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is dependable, capable, and genuinely cares about making your wedding day special.
