She helped in countless ways, offered thoughtful ideas, and was able to pivot effortlessly whenever needed. We stayed in constant communication, and she was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Her assistants on the wedding day were also friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. I cannot begin to express how amazing Justine was as my wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make our day seamless and special. Justine is one of the best event planners I have ever hired- better than the one I hired for my destination wedding in Lake Como Italy. I used her for my gender reveal, and she ensured that the event was perfection. Not only did she accommodate my very specific and particular tastes and preferences, but she found the best vendors, and put together the event of my dreams. She made sure that the vision came through, and her attention to every last detail- things I never even thought of, were all seamless and handled. She listens to the clients wishes and needs and she’s very solution oriented. You want it she will figure out a way! She also seems to be extremely well connected in the Tahoe/Reno/Cali areas because she was able to source highly qualified vendors that also provided products and services that were unique and hard to find! She had a way of navigating the entire party and day and ensuring that the progression of events flowed smoothly as well. She is very intelligent and thorough, and has an incredible eye for design. I truly could not have been happier with the outcome of my gender reveal and I would hire her in a heartbeat for future events.

Justine has planned several parties for our family, including anniversaries, baby showers, and a small wedding reception. The fact that we continue to use her is because she just plain throws a beautiful, special gathering. I don't have a lot of patience for hosting parties, so I just give Justine the bare bones vision, and let her run with it. The end result always exceeds my expectations, and is very often what I would describe as magical. Excellent communication and attention to detail. She stays within budget, and is very flexible. She also returns calls and emails in a timely fashion, which is kinda a make or break requirement for me with people I hire. Absolutely recommend.
