Rachel and her team were truly amazing! She went above and beyond what I was expecting when we hired her as a wedding day coordinator. From the advice and fast responses to my many questions leading up to the event, to the day of, her communication was wonderful and we could tell she truly cared. She gave us great tips and tricks during the rehearsal and the day of - she was everywhere and nowhere all at once. The team did such an amazing job of setting up the decorations (and even moving around the flowers to the different areas without me even asking), being so organized and troubleshooting anything that came up to make it a stress-free event for us. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I cannot recommend this wedding planner less. When we started the wedding planning process, it took more than a week to get a response from her regarding anything, despite a 48hr promise on the contract. This created a lot of added stress as we wanted to lock in our preferred vendors. We ended up booking most things ourselves as a result. We almost ended up pursuing another vendor and I wish we would have. The meetings were entirely unorganized without any plan for particular topics/items to accomplish. They felt like a waste of time. I will admit the last couple meetings did have more organization to them, however, the tasks Rachel said she would accomplish were left undone for weeks to the point where we ended up booking everything but one vendor ourselves. We met up before the wedding with a check list I had created to ensure she had all things for set up the day of the wedding. Due to lack of organization, she could not locate everything that morning which created a ton of stress in the morning for both myself and the groom with finding the Polaroid for our photo book. She ended up realizing she had this item all along. Our transportation service had no idea what was going on the day of the wedding. They didn’t know where they had to be or when. Day of coordination was in our contract. They day of the wedding our musicians tried to leave early because we were 8 minutes late for our first dance as a result of the transportation fiasco. One of the bridesmaids ended up fixing this after panic and pressure from Rachel. Multiple guests commented on the lack of organization, inability to handle stress, and general incompetence they witnessed from Rachel. I would have let all of this go and moved on with my life if it weren’t for the final slap in the face that came after our wedding. Our wedding was a destination wedding and I had initially told Rachel she could use the hurricane vases and candle stands for future weddings. 3 DAYS after our wedding I emailed and texted her that I changed my mind and would love them as a momento from our wedding. I was willing to pay shipping. After almost a month of forgetting/lack of response, I paid shipping for a box mixed with some of my hurricane vases and some which were not mine. No candle holders were included… I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect someone to look in a box before shipping something I paid shipping for. She then located the gold candle holders and now refuses to send them so she can use them for other weddings. I have never met someone more unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. Be a decent human being. Especially for such a huge life event. Save your money and book elsewhere
