Thank you so much for making it the perfect day! We found you last minute when I was about to lose it and passed off a good portion of the planning activities. You helped us find a florist last minute who was beyond our expectations and well in budget! You helped wrangle a pretty serious opinionated group of moms and aunts without a bay of the eye. Your helped us pivot two days before from almost a fully outdoor wedding to an almost fully indoor wedding seamlessly. We gave you boxes of decorations with some scribbled notes and you made the venue just perfect! It was Fantastic! Zoe, I didn’t see you much because everything was so perfect, the only time we spoke was so I could THANK YOU at the end of the night! Loved it!

Our favorite part of the day was the ceremony, which Amanda organized and executed perfectly. Her team also did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards to ensure the venue did not charge us for leaving décor or rose petals behind. We also really loved taking sunset photos, which we almost decided to skip after living in the moment a little too much with guests. Thankfully, Amanda was there to talk some sense into us because we would have had major regrets if we did not stick with our plan to take sunset photos with our dog. These ended up being our best photos from the day!

Because of Amanda and her team, we were really able to live in the moment without a care on our special day. After dancing the night away and celebrating late with friends, we were so relieved when we woke up in the morning to be surrounded by the sentimental items and decor that had adorned our wedding. Amanda made sure to carefully arrange and place each item with so much care, making our room feel like a sanctuary of cherished memories. Somehow everything made it back to our room and nothing was lost. To me, this was what was the most impressive part of working with Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events.

We booked Amanda at Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for our October 2023 wedding and don’t regret it one bit. Amanda and her team are the reason our wedding will be a night we will never forget. I am a very organized/crafty person who thought I could plan and organize my wedding on my own. After watching another wedding coordinator do everything at a wedding I attended, I realized I might benefit from some help. Once we hired Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events, Amanda took all of my plans for the wedding and helped me organize all my ideas/crafts into a google doc. She met with us multiple times over Zoom to help organize my ideas and embraced my crazy ideas too. Since I DIY most of the details, her team was able to set up the venue with all the details and even added a little of their own touch to make it perfect. I booked Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for our vow renewal at the Nevada Beach Pavilion. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with! We connected over video calls since I was in another state. She's so nice, organized, and collaborative. She kept me up to date every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Amanda and Des were incredible setting up and coordinating the day of - the sweetest people! Everything was taken care of while we were able to enjoy the day, and it truly wouldn't have been the same experience without them. We had lots of compliments from our friends and family. Amanda is very professional and really knows her stuff when it comes to planning and executing a wedding. She helped us navigate a host of complicated and unexpected situations related to our remote and rustic venue leading up to our wedding. When it came time for our wedding weekend, Amanda and Ella stepped in and made sure everything was 10 times better than we ever dreamed it to be. They coordinated our bbq welcome party Friday night as well as our wedding on Saturday. We initially thought we could handle the welcome party ourselves, but in hindsight are SO GLAD Amanda and Ella were there to make it all go smoothly. Amanda and her team at Enchanted Events were a joy to work with in planning our wedding celebration at Valhalla. Amanda was very helpful throughout the process—she attended our vendor meetings, knew the right questions to ask (questions my husband and I never would have thought of!), and worked tirelessly on the day of the event to ensure it went off without a hitch! Having gotten married there herself, Amanda is very knowledgeable about events at Valhalla and is a particularly great choice for couples looking to get married at Valhalla too! 10/10 would work with Enchanted Events again!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We needed a planner to help with things in the last couple of months & day of, and Amanda was exactly what we were looking for. She responded to emails so quickly & helped with all the communication with our vendors. She was even able to go to the venue for us to help since we had moved abroad a few months before the big day! We felt she went above & beyond what we had even expected out of a planner. If anything went wrong on wedding day we had no idea thanks to her & her team. We loved how she was so on top of it with timing as well during the day & was always there to tell us where we were needed next. We had the best day we could have asked for and we couldn’t recommend them more!
