My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Liane on our wedding day this past summer, and recommend her very highly to any couple looking for any planning or day of assistance! Our start with Liane was a little untraditional in that we had a change of plans from another coordinator/planner who could no longer make our event, and she sent us to Liane - about a month prior to the wedding. While we were momentarily stressed about this change, we quickly realized we had no reason to worry. Liane jumped in and did not miss and single beat, she immediately was well familiarized with our vision, plans, preferences, challenges, etc. She worked quickly, efficiently and accurately to get up to speed with us and go above and beyond to make our wedding day impossibly smooth! The day of our wedding, I cannot say a single thing went wrong and I firmly believe a lot if not all of that is thanks to Liane and her team. As the bride I didn’t notice or see anything off plan or out of place, our guests were very well taken care of, as were the groom and I. I told her my 2 non negotiables were getting married and getting a slice of cake, and she made sure both happened without any issues! She even calmly but firmly ushered the groom away from the bar and back to me, and got his drink out for him. If you want somebody who will be there right along side your vision and wedding dreams - who can clearly thrive even with minimal direction and time - Liane is the one for you. Your wedding day, you and your partner, friends, family, and vendors will all be cared for and on the same page. Obviously I hope this is my one and only marriage, but if I ever did it again I’d choose Liane again - and recommend her up and down to anybody and everybody looking for these services.

My husband and I renewed our Wedding Vows in Lake Tahoe and we Chose Reverend Carl Lackey. It was the most beautiful service we could’ve asked for. I would thoroughly recommend him for your wedding. We were celebrating 30 years and everything that he said was absolutely perfect.

Getting married at The Edgewood in Lake Tahoe was always my now Husband and I's dream; however, as a couple that resides in Atlanta, both working full time corporate jobs, planning a cross-country wedding felt incredibly daunting. As a professional Program Manager, I had pretty high expectations on how organized I needed my Wedding Planner to be, and when I say Lindsay FAR exceeded all of our expectations I mean it. Her organization, attention to detail, ability to provide opinions without being offensive and communication are top notch and relieve the overwhelming feeling of planning a wedding. She executes your vision and recommends vendors that are best suited to achieve it. We are so thankful for everything Lindsay did to make our day a dream come true and cannot recommend her and her team enough to any couple looking to get married in the Tahoe area!

We were so lucky to find Danielle! We worked together for 2 years to create our wedding day and it turned out beautifully and just what we wanted. Even more, this was a destination wedding which can add a whole new element of stress but didn’t because of Elise Events. The day of the wedding I was able to fully enjoy our day, free of any stress, because I knew and trusted Danielle would execute flawlessly. She has wonderful relationships with her vendors which make them want to go the extra mile for you. Over the two years we spent countless hours going over the tiniest details and exchanged thousands of emails. Danielle has become a friend and we just love her to pieces!!

My husband and I are forever grateful that we worked with Kyleigh and her team for our Lake Tahoe wedding! Kyleigh is organized, professional, easy to work with, and connected us with an amazing team of vendors. Destination weddings are hard in that you are not able to meet with vendors, do lots of mockups, and easily visualize how your wedding will look on the day. Kyleigh managed to take my random ideas and turn it into a cohesive design that was absolutely stunning. Her and her team also managed the inevitable wedding day bumps in a way that, to me, nothing went wrong. If I had to do it over, I would absolutely work with Kyleigh.

Melissa with Beau and Arrow served as our wedding coordinator for our wedding at Edgewood in South Lake Tahoe this June. Our experience working with Melissa from the day we first approached her up through the wedding day could not have been better! During the planning process, she was constantly all top of all items and provided updates as we approached the wedding to assure we had everything in order. The wedding couldn't have gone better! Every single detail was accounted for, not one time did we or any of our guests feel out of place, Melissa and her team did a unbelievable job from start to finish. Throughout the entire evening and days to follow, we had countless guests say how on top of everything Melissa and her team were. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Melissa at Beau & Arrow for any type of wedding planning

Where to even begin! The team at Pomegranate Occasions, especially our planner, Tawni, did the most amazing job with our October 2025 wedding in South Lake Tahoe. We worked with Tawni (and others from her team) for partial planning and coordinator services. Leading up to the wedding day, Tawni was extremely helpful in suggesting vendors, staying within our budget, and ensuring we had thought of every little detail for the entire wedding weekend, from the rehearsal all the way to day after brunch. She has many years of experience in the wedding world in the Tahoe area, so could provide us strong guidance throughout the whole planning process, and her many connections in the area help to communicate and work with vendors seamlessly. On the wedding day, Tawni and her team of assistants, servers, and bartenders surpassed our expectations completely. They went above and beyond to make sure the entire day went smoothly and I did not have to worry about a single thing, except enjoying the wedding day. The way she executed the entire event was incredible and I truly don't know what I would have done without her.

Karen's the best! Full of creative solutions; went the extra mile in so many ways; generous with her time, resources and relationships. I really appreciated her personality throughout the entire planning process (bubbling with positivity, funny, and gracious). She did little things day of the wedding that were sweet surprises and kept everything on time and humming. I had the best time on my actual wedding day and she's a big part of that!
