Our wedding coordinators were absolutely incredible, and choosing them for a “month-of” package was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment they stepped in, everything became more organized, more manageable, and honestly just less stressful. A huge shoutout to Callie, who we worked most closely with—she was phenomenal. She was communicative, thoughtful, and truly invested in making sure our vision came to life exactly how we imagined it. Planning a wedding at Convict Lake came with its own set of challenges, especially coordinating with the USFS, but Callie handled it all seamlessly. She navigated the logistics, kept everything on track, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. From the ceremony to the reception, every detail was executed beautifully, and we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. That’s really the ultimate testament to how good they are. If you’re considering a coordinator, we can’t recommend them enough. Professional, reliable, and genuinely amazing at what they do.
