I have known Sandra for many years - almost a decade. I met her when I was in charge of planning a company's annual ski trip and she quickly became a priceless commodity to the process. We worked together on that project for several years, as our attendance grew from 200 to over 400 people, and each trip was better than the last.

She really has a knack of reading people/vibes/situations/companies and providing exceptionally professional and fun service, no matter how ridiculous the ask or the occasion. She was amazingly creative and unflappably cool through each of the inevitable changes that come up in a process like that or hiccups that occurred (through no fault of hers) along the way and during the actual 3 day event. We worked together for the better part of 8 months to get each of these trips up and running. My weekly calls with her were easily the most calming and fun part my job during those months.

After our first year of working with Sandra on this crazy corporate ski trip, I promised that when I got engaged, she would be the first person to know (after my mom) so that I could be sure to book her for my big day. Just 7 short years later, I came through with my promise. Getting back into the planning groove with Sandra was like catching up with an old friend who knows me very well. She remembered all my quirks and preferences from events past and had lots of new ideas for me too. After we had to cancel our October 2020 date, my husband and I decided on a 70 person wedding in our backyard in August 2021. Despite an untimely spike in Covid causing great worry and risk, Sandra kept us calm, working toward our goals, providing lots of suggestions and resolutions as things developed and changed.

Our wedding was a beautiful smashing success... it was exactly the day and night that my husband and I had hoped for. This was due in no small part to the incredible talent that is Sandra D. of Green Fox Events. She worked well with each of our vendors, seamlessly handling every moving part leading up to the event, the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. My husband and I got to enjoy every single minute of our big day, knowing that every detail was being handled, just as I would have handled it myself.

Sandra is truly EVERYTHING (and more!) that you would want in an event planning partner: impeccably organized, smart, savvy, creative, detail oriented, optimistic, flexible, calming, inspiring, encouraging, patient, and most importantly, decisive and commanding as needed. I can't say enough good about Sandra. I can't recommend her enough. Worth every penny. Do yourself a big favor and book her for your next event. You won't regret it.

When we booked our venue in Mammoth Lakes back in October for August 2024 wedding, I wasn't sure how I was going to plan a wedding from 6 hours away. Hiring Green Fox Events was one of the best decisions we made and made the planning process so easy!! I worked with Callie directly during the entire planning process. She helped me create a design plan, timeline for the day and frequently met with me to discuss logistical issues. The week of the wedding when we realized the wedding day was going to be fifteen degrees colder than expected, she helped me with last minute heater rentals and setting up blanket baskets for guests. When it came to the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about set-up at all. I showed up to the venue and the decor looked so beautiful and better than I could've imagined. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and I think a lot of that has to do with the hard work and dedication of Green Fox Events! They also have very adorable rental equipment so you don't have to buy things just to use it once. I can't recommend GFE enough!! Would definitely book them again.

Green Fox was absolutely wonderful! Not only did they help me with the set up and style of my wedding venue, but they also took care of all the clean up the day after for us making it so my husband and I could enjoy more time spent with all our friends and family. I don't know what I would've done without Callie and the Green Fox team. I had trouble picturing what my wedding weekend would look like, and had no idea what to do when it came to design, or what I should be working on, when.

Callie had all the answers for me and even provided great input based on the trends she sees in her line of work in combination with what she understood as my vision. She was incredibly helpful producing signage and coordinating with vendors to get items done on time. She provided a checklist of things I should be doing and when along the time I was planning my wedding.

When I arrived at my wedding venue, my mind was BLOWN. I couldn't believe that my vision came to life! GFE made it a breeze to rent from, and did all the set up, take down, and vendor coordination. The venue and decor was better than I imagined.

I literally cannot imagine planning a wedding without Green Fox and Callie. If you are on the fence about getting a planner, do yourself a huge favor and DO IT. It is worth it in every single sense of the word.

I cannot recommend Green Fox enough to help plan and coordinate your big day! Cara really helped bring my vision to life. I was stressed about the design…party planning is really not my thing. But her and Callie helped me stay on top of things, stay organized, and made our day so incredibly beautiful. They have great vision and I had 0 stress on the big day because of this amazing team. They even helped modify our ceremony seating plans to accommodate our guests during a big snow storm that came in unexpectedly and plan an epic ski down wedding photo shoot. They are an amazing group and I am so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend!!

Choosing Green Fox was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process!
