Our wedding coordinators were absolutely incredible, and choosing them for a “month-of” package was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment they stepped in, everything became more organized, more manageable, and honestly just less stressful.
A huge shoutout to Callie, who we worked most closely with—she was phenomenal. She was communicative, thoughtful, and truly invested in making sure our vision came to life exactly how we imagined it. Planning a wedding at Convict Lake came with its own set of challenges, especially coordinating with the USFS, but Callie handled it all seamlessly. She navigated the logistics, kept everything on track, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. From the ceremony to the reception, every detail was executed beautifully, and we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. That’s really the ultimate testament to how good they are.
If you’re considering a coordinator, we can’t recommend them enough. Professional, reliable, and genuinely amazing at what they do. -

I have known Sandra for many years - almost a decade. I met her when I was in charge of planning a company's annual ski trip and she quickly became a priceless commodity to the process. We worked together on that project for several years, as our attendance grew from 200 to over 400 people, and each trip was better than the last.
She really has a knack of reading people/vibes/situations/companies and providing exceptionally professional and fun service, no matter how ridiculous the ask or the occasion. She was amazingly creative and unflappably cool through each of the inevitable changes that come up in a process like that or hiccups that occurred (through no fault of hers) along the way and during the actual 3 day event. We worked together for the better part of 8 months to get each of these trips up and running. My weekly calls with her were easily the most calming and fun part my job during those months.
After our first year of working with Sandra on this crazy corporate ski trip, I promised that when I got engaged, she would be the first person to know (after my mom) so that I could be sure to book her for my big day. Just 7 short years later, I came through with my promise. Getting back into the planning groove with Sandra was like catching up with an old friend who knows me very well. She remembered all my quirks and preferences from events past and had lots of new ideas for me too. After we had to cancel our October 2020 date, my husband and I decided on a 70 person wedding in our backyard in August 2021. Despite an untimely spike in Covid causing great worry and risk, Sandra kept us calm, working toward our goals, providing lots of suggestions and resolutions as things developed and changed.
Our wedding was a beautiful smashing success... it was exactly the day and night that my husband and I had hoped for. This was due in no small part to the incredible talent that is Sandra D. of Green Fox Events. She worked well with each of our vendors, seamlessly handling every moving part leading up to the event, the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. My husband and I got to enjoy every single minute of our big day, knowing that every detail was being handled, just as I would have handled it myself.
Sandra is truly EVERYTHING (and more!) that you would want in an event planning partner: impeccably organized, smart, savvy, creative, detail oriented, optimistic, flexible, calming, inspiring, encouraging, patient, and most importantly, decisive and commanding as needed. I can't say enough good about Sandra. I can't recommend her enough. Worth every penny. Do yourself a big favor and book her for your next event. You won't regret it. -

I don't know what I would've done without Callie and the Green Fox team. I had trouble picturing what my wedding weekend would look like, and had no idea what to do when it came to design, or what I should be working on, when.
Callie had all the answers for me and even provided great input based on the trends she sees in her line of work in combination with what she understood as my vision. She was incredibly helpful producing signage and coordinating with vendors to get items done on time. She provided a checklist of things I should be doing and when along the time I was planning my wedding.
When I arrived at my wedding venue, my mind was BLOWN. I couldn't believe that my vision came to life! GFE made it a breeze to rent from, and did all the set up, take down, and vendor coordination. The venue and decor was better than I imagined.
I literally cannot imagine planning a wedding without Green Fox and Callie. If you are on the fence about getting a planner, do yourself a huge favor and DO IT. It is worth it in every single sense of the word.

Top-notch!
Choosing Green Fox was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! When I reached out to them, I had already booked most of the vendors but with my now husband and I working insane schedules it was hard to manage it all. And that’s where Cara stepped in! Cara is such a joy and has an easy-going vibe (which helped me stay grounded!). She has an eye for detail and design and was able to identify specific aspects that needed to be addressed to make our special day run smoothly.
Life doesn’t stop for a wedding. A lot can happen in both the days leading up to the wedding and on the day itself so having the kindest people on your wedding team with the expertise to help you navigate through the obstacles and the love and patience to support you through the challenges is a blessing and an investment.
Our wedding was perfect and so much more than we could have ever imagined.

Green Fox Events decorated our wedding venue. they executed our vision (and helped us create one) amazingly well. They got all the decorations I made up half a mountain to a ski lodge where the wedding was taking place. Made everything look absolutely wonderful, and where I forgot something/lacked a vision they improvised and improved. High quality service, easy to work with and they made everything for our day magical. They even procured a national park sign for my husband and I as a keepsake. -

Hiring Green Fox was one of the best wedding decisions we made. After covid forced us to change venues and cut our guest list, they stepped in and were hugely helpful start to finish. We were on an hourly contract, and they did everything we asked while avoiding running up the clock. As we got close, they were a calming presence, and they ran the rehearsal and day-of to perfection. They also sourced rentals and linens and made that part easy.
Professional, affordable, fun - Green Fox is the total package. -

Green Fox Events and Sandra especially are fantastic! We consulted with them for a few hours at the start of our wedding planning, and then 2 years later (post covid pushing back our date), went back to them to help us get a permit to get married on forest service land. They remembered us, were super helpful and sweet, and ended up running our ceremony! Getting married on forest service land can be such a hassle, and Green Fox were the only ones who got us anywhere. Our venue kept telling us that we wouldn't get a permit to get married on the lake, so I reached out to Sandra literally the week of our wedding, and she made it happen for us. Having them come in at the end of the wedding planning to help us with this and make sure our ceremony was perfect was amazing! My only regret is that we should have hired them from the beginning and worked with them earlier. Thank you so much, Sandra! -

After dealing with a disastrous first venue, we canceled the first wedding, cut our losses, and decided to elope in Mammoth. I knew I wanted it to be as stress-free as possible, which is why I reached out to GreenFox. After my initial call with Sandra, I knew they'd be the perfect fit! I spoke with Cara about what we had envisioned and she got to work and collaborated with other vendors to make this dream a reality. Our initial October date was pushed to early November because of the Creek Fire. Cara was so responsive and in constant communication with us about our options. In true 2020 fashion, the weekend of our new wedding date was also the weekend of Mammoth's first storm! Sandra & Cara met with us the night before to give us all of our options and we trusted them with whatever they thought best! They truly know and want what's best for their clients, and you can see that through their words and actions. Even with the 20-degree weather and horizontal snow, I wasn't stressed because I knew I had Mammoth's A-Team on our side. Our day was freezing cold, but still perfect. Cara and Sandra made our Mammoth elopement dreams come true and executed all of the details better than I could have imagined. If you are planning an event in the Sierras, you absolutely need GreenFox on your side! -

Our main focus was to throw a wedding that would be as stress free as possible. Not only did we not want to be doing anything the week or day of the wedding but we did not want our family and friends to be burdened with the tasks either. I began to search for a wedding coordinator in the Mammoth area and all signs pointed in one direction. Enter Green Fox Events. Working with Sandra and Cara was like sitting down with your family and planning a wedding with one major difference... they knew how to execute it. It was especially comforting to have them through such trying times. We got married in the middle of the pandemic while the whole state was up in flames...awesome! None the less they were there through the whole thing: countless ceremony sites, venue changes and reception considerations. It's possible we planned three different weddings together. Green Fox was not only there through it all but they pulled it off...what a beautiful wedding and what an enjoyable journey spent with them every step of the way. When you hire GFE you will not only be hiring the A team to make your dreams come to fruition but you will be gaining life long friends with the warmest hugs and biggest hearts. -

Our mountain wedding dreams came true
I would give Greenfox 10 stars if I could!!! Cara and Sandra are some of the kindest, most creative and amazingly talented ladies we have ever met! They took my (the bride) vision for our covid elopement-style wedding and hit it completely out of the park! Every detail was carefully curated, each piece hand picked with love. My husband who usually pays no mind to detail had to pick his jaw up off the floor :) They made the process of getting married during covid so much easier, and they were always attentive and proactive! It was such a joy to work with them and they will always have such a special place in our hearts 💛 -

The city of Mammoth Lakes has been our summer-camp destination for as long as I can remember, it was where my husband and I fell in love and we knew this was the place we wanted to have our special day. We were recommended Green Fox Events by locals when sharing our recent engagement news during a trip to Mammoth. We reached out to Green Fox and were greeted by the amazing Sandra and plans were soon underway to make a visit to check out some potential locations for our ceremony and reception. With Sandra's expertise and connections, we were shown around to 9 different locations in a matter of a couple hours, it was one of the most fun days of the wedding planning experience. It was also one of the toughest decisions we had to make since all the locations were equally stunning. We were soon introduced to Sandra's right-hand-woman Cara, she was our main contact throughout the rest of the wedding planning and she did a great job keeping in touch with us and keeping us on budget. Cara & Sandra did an incredible job, not just with the wedding coordination but making us feel like we were life-long friends, they truly want to make your big day unforgettable and will do everything in their power to make sure that happens. We are so lucky to have met them and been able to work with them, and we ended up truly gaining life-long friends in the process. The Green Fox Girls got us in touch with the best vendors in Mammoth Lakes (Mums & Roses: Flowers, The Powder Room: Make-Up, Allure Salon: Hair, and Jade Woo Photography: Photography, just to name a few), and it was such a treat seeing all of these local small businesses working with each other, supporting each other and helping each other grow their business. I cannot say enough good things about Green Fox, they truly embody their moto “No Stress Allowed!”, do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding or event, you won’t be sorry! -

Sandra and Cara made our wedding so beautiful and stress free! After meeting with them for a free consultation, I was like YES! They helped with every step of the process like how much is a wedding photographer supposed to cost and how do you hire a 50 person charter bus? They are friendly welcoming and so graceful in every situation. We had an extra guest arrive and Sandra had found them a seat and had their dinner served before I even realized she had arrived! They really think of EVERYTHING and no detail is too small for them to help out. Sandra even brought my overnight bag to the hotel so that i would have my clothes for the morning after the wedding! Green Fox puts their whole heart into their planning services and they really felt like family by the end of our wedding. If you meet them you will see how much they care about their couples and what diligent and lovely people are on the team! Thanks again Green Fox! -

Mono Lake Engagement
Cara, Sandra and the team at Green Fox went above and beyond to help my fiance set-up our engagement at the Tufas at Mono Lake. It was so beautiful, and Cara was there beforehand setting everything up and making sure my fiance didn't get too stressed out. Our wedding was largely very unconventional with a 6am ceremony in the desert and an evening reception at a dive bar. All of which took a ton of coordination for the various food and services. Cara took charge and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

We were lucky enough to find them at a wedding gala Mammoth Mountain held 10 months prior to our wedding. In retrospect, I am not entirely sure how we would have pulled off our 220 person destination wedding without the help of this fantastic team. Cara was our go to girl and we worked closely with her during the months prior to the wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with as she was always prepared with an agenda for each meeting, a timeline to keep us on track and ideas about to execute our vision. She helped with everything from decor, lighting, drapery, communication with our vendors, and ran rehearsal/ceremony. We touched base with her multiple times the week of the wedding and she was there every step of the way on the actual wedding day. Her support throughout the entire process helped us to have the magical weekend we wished for.... a true dream come true!! Green Fox is perfect because you can decide how much help you want in planning your big day. They will do absolutely everything for you, or they will just be there to hold your hand during the week of your big event. Their moto is "No Stress Allowed" and they truly take all the stress away. Blaire Sent on 12/18/2014We totally lucked out with Sandra. We found her by reaching out to a few local wedding planners and she was the first one to return our inquiry. From that initial contact, however, we knew she was the one for us. Planning a wedding, it turns out, can be kind of stressful! and emotional! and difficult! throw in the fact that I (the bride) was working full time and also lived 6 hours down the mountain and the task seemed downright impossible. Enter Sandra. With her motto "NO STRESS" and her cheerful, energetic, positive attitude she literally talked me off the proverbial ledge more times than I can count. By the time we got married I felt like she was family. We had a tiny budget, a very specific vision, and probably very unrealistic expectations but Sandra was unfazed. She networked with local vendors to get us the very best deals and gave us tons of ideas of ways we could cut costs including how to do some of the small things ourselves. Most of all she was there for everything on the day of the wedding and even for the brunch on the day after she worked so hard. We didn't have to worry about a thing and even though our wedding day had a lot of "moving parts" everything went off without a hitch. Our wedding was a huge success people to this day (nearly 5 years later) still comment on how unique, fun and memorable it was. Thank you so much Sandra for making our dream wedding a possibility! -

I was VERY stressed about the decor and aesthetics about my wedding because that is not my area of expertise or interest. We hired Green Fox to do the design aspects and I literally can't imagine this wedding without their support. They made it so easy and were so communicative. Callie was our coordinator and she was so thoughtful and I trusted her 150%. My only note is just to be cognizant of spending because it is easy to go over budget once you see all the amazing things they have in their inventory! -

I worked with Cara to coordinate our wedding this past weekend - a great experience. We did the partial event management package so she was along with us for most of our wedding planning journey. I am extremely type A, so I wasn't sure how much I would need a planner throughout (versus just a day-of coordinator), but it paid off in the last few weeks when Cara already knew my vision and I didn't need to onboard someone new. It also helped to have the planner + the decoration rental come from the same place so we didn't have yet another thing to coordinate. Everything at the wedding went smoothly - I don't think a single thing went wrong - or if it did, I didn't notice! And that is saying something...
Callie was also helping with the day-of coordination and was a pleasure to work with, also!

GreenFox helped us to pull off a micro wedding in 2020 and a reception in 2021. They were beyond helpful when we felt like the odds were against us with forest closures, a freak snow storm and a pandemic. They provided reassurance, guidance and support every step of the way. They made sure we had our dream wedding in the beautiful Eastern Sierra and worked just as hard towards our Happily Ever After Party in 2021! I booked them in August for my September wedding at McCoy Station in Mammoth Lakes. I was lucky enough that their entire inventory of 40 hurricane and taper candle holders were available. A white taper candle was included with the rental, although I wanted a specific color for my wedding. Since I brought my own taper candles, I inquired about a discount and they gave me $1 off each rental. I paid half of the invoice when I secured the date, and the other half was due one week before the wedding. I never received a notice/reminder/email that the second half of the invoice and final payment was due, so they reached out to me. Greenfox was located next to The Village (I believe they have since moved locations), and were going to charge a delivery and pick-up fee. I have to admit, the fee was pretty outrageous for a 5 mile drive and trip up the gondola- they were going to charge the same amount as the rental cost, doubling my cost. So with the help of my parents and their car, we scheduled to pick them up ourselves on Friday morning and drop them off Tuesday (they were closed Monday) to waive the fee and save some money. Picking up the candle rentals went smoothly- we had to schedule a specific time since someone is not in the office all the time. Dropping them off took slightly longer as they had to count each item to confirm we returned everything. It wasn't until they counted that I had learned my onsite wedding coordinator had broken one of the hurricane glasses during their clean up. Greenfox was really nice about it and said the onsite coordinator had contacted them already and was going to take care of it (aka pay for it). Overall, I am happy and pleased about my experience with Greenfox. -
