We wanted to be involved and proactive in our own wedding planning, but didn’t know where to start or how to keep ourselves on track, so going with Annie’s Day-of/Month-Of Coordination services worked perfectly. She got us started on our planning journey with useful tips, timelines, and planning tools, and she was available whenever we needed to pick her brain as we worked our way through the process.

When it came down to the month-of/week-of, Annie stepped in and executed on everything we’d planned for seamlessly. We had full trust in her ability to handle all of the craziness and myriad of detailed things that needed doing during those last few weeks. The weight she took off of our shoulders was massive. We hosted a double wedding (both a western and Hindu wedding in one weekend). Annie was open-minded, curious, and flexible when it came to the Hindu wedding, working closely with our family to make sure everything transitioned smoothly from the western ceremony/reception the night before and coordinating with all of the different vendors for both days.

We also had some bad weather on our wedding night and had to move everything indoors. We made the call only an hour before the ceremony began, but Annie pulled it off and no one even knew there’d been a change, it was that smooth!

It has been about a week since our magical wedding day and we are still on cloud nine! I can not say enough wonderful things about Annie and everything she did to ensure our day was everything we ever dreamed of. From the very first email exchange, Annie was so so easy to talk to and to work with. It was very clear how knowledgeable she was in the wedding industry and since our Tahoe wedding was a destination for us, it was invaluable to have her on our team as we navigated the ins and outs of Reno/Tahoe wedding planning. We hired Annie as a month of coordinator but she was immediately available for any question I had as soon as she joined our vendor team. Not only that, but any time I had a question, she was so punctually responsive! Most of the time she would get back to me with helpful and thorough answers to my questions and often additional insightful advice within 10-30 minutes. Since I’ve never planned a wedding before, I didn’t know what I didn’t know and I was nervous I would miss steps or details or just not know how to make my vision come to life, but Annie was able to ease all of my worries and give me the best advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. She also offered many different a la carte services we could chose to add on to our month of coordination package which I thought was a great way to get a little extra help from her here and there but only where you needed it! We had her help us put together a vision board and it was instrumental in helping me truly bring my wedding concept to life! When it came to the big day, Annie was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly which meant that I got to spend my day simply enjoying my husband, my friends and family, and the magical party I spent over a year putting together. The benefit of this can not be overstated. I absolutely recognize how much work is needed to coordinate vendor arrivals, decorate, setup, maintain a timeline, and everything else that is logistically necessary to make a wedding happen. It was just so fantastic to know that all of that was in the best hands and I could just focus on having the most magnificent day ever! Annie was the most important and worthwhile vendor I hired for our day, hands down and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to plan and then fully enjoy their perfect day! I can’t even wrap my head around how much Annie helped us with our dream day. We threw curveballs, crazy ideas, and even some panic attacks Annie’s way and she handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a let’s do it type of attitude. The planning felt smooth, the set up and takedown felt smooth, all for to the wedding day to roll as smooth as possible. Our goal for hiring Annie was to not have to worry about the little details, show up on the wedding day, have the best time ever, and leave knowing everything else was taken care of. Annie smashed that goal out of the park! It was more than we ever could’ve imagined.

Annie was incredible; she was so communicative, quick to respond with any question, and so incredibly sweet. We had a couple of hiccups with our donuts, and she solved it so quickly! Annie did the most incredible job with my daughter's wedding. She was organized, stayed on task, personable, and fun. She is also very calm and kind. Yes, she is young and has not been in business a long time. But it doesn't matter. She knows what she is doing and she will get the task done. Six weeks before the wedding, she realized there was an issue with band we originally booked. When she called us, she had an attorney to consult us on our options and had another band (much better band) lined-up. She was on top of it! Also, recommend doing the photo package with Conner Koch.

Seriously... the best decision we made was to hire Annie as our day of coordinator! A month before our wedding, she contacted all of our vendors to coordinate their arrival times and discuss all the other day-of details. She organized the timeline for our entire wedding day, coordinated logistics, and handled all communication with all our venue and vendors so we didn’t have to. She definitely took a huge load off of our plate! She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. A great example of this was right before our ceremony when she noticed that the staff responsible for setting up our reception was running behind. Once she made sure that our procession entered the ceremony without a hitch, she left the ceremony to go back to the reception venue to help the staff finish setting everything up. Who does that?! We had no idea there was even a problem. She saw what needed to be done and just did it! She was so easy to get a hold of, always quick to answer our questions, and had solutions for every problem that came up during the whole month-of planning process. Looking back, we wish we had hired her for full-service but we are grateful for having her the month before!

Annie is worth every penny and then some. She was my day of/month of coordinator. She goes above and beyond to create a relaxed event and handles any problems quickly and efficiently.
