  Ringleader, mastermind, saving grace!

  If you’re thinking about hiring Annie… DO IT!
  I can’t even wrap my head around how much Annie helped us with our dream day. We threw curveballs, crazy ideas, and even some panic attacks Annie’s way and she handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a let’s do it type of attitude. The planning felt smooth, the set up and takedown felt smooth, all for to the wedding day to roll as smooth as possible. Our goal for hiring Annie was to not have to worry about the little details, show up on the wedding day, have the best time ever, and leave knowing everything else was taken care of. Annie smashed that goal out of the park! It was more than we ever could’ve imagined.
  When we think back on our wedding day and remember how amazing it was, we’ll always remember Annie as the ringleader of it all. We would’ve been lost without her!

  Toney Wedding July '23

  Annie was incredible; she was so communicative, quick to respond with any question, and so incredibly sweet. We had a couple of hiccups with our donuts, and she solved it so quickly! I also forgot to finish a piece of decor, and she took care of it without me having to ask! She even did our rehearsal, which made the big day run so smooth.
  
  I also had specific decor, to which Annie went above and beyond setting up beautifully.
  
  Thank you so much, Annie! Our wedding was magically perfect.

  Annie was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, she showcased her exceptional organizational skills and proved to be a true professional. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Annie was her vast array of resources readily available to assist us throughout the planning process. Communication with Annie was a breeze as well. She was incredibly responsive to all our queries and concerns, which was immensely reassuring during the sometimes overwhelming wedding planning phase. It felt like she was always just an email or phone call away, and she never left us waiting for answers.
  
  As the big day approached, Annie took charge and executed everything with impeccable timing. Exactly 30 days before the wedding, she reached out to all our vendors and ensured that everyone was on the same page.
  
  Additionally, Annie's presence during our rehearsal was an absolute game-changer. Her guidance and organizational skills turned what could have been a chaotic run-through into a seamless and enjoyable experience. We cannot stress enough how invaluable it was to have her there to lead the way.

  Outstanding and Professional

  My wife and I hired Annie to be the month of/day of coordinator for our wedding in North Lake Tahoe and she was everything we wanted and more. She brought professionalism and constant communication to make sure our needs were served and our questions were answered. And the big day went off without a hitch! Thank you, Annie

  Personalized Service

  Annie did the most incredible job with my daughter's wedding. She was organized, stayed on task, personable, and fun. She is also very calm and kind. Yes, she is young and has not been in business a long time. But it doesn't matter. She knows what she is doing and she will get the task done. Six weeks before the wedding, she realized there was an issue with band we originally booked. When she called us, she had an attorney to consult us on our options and had another band (much better band) lined-up. She was on top of it! Also, recommend doing the photo package with Conner Koch.

  Annie goes above and beyond!

  EVERYONE GO HIRE ANNIE RIGHT NOW!! Honestly, hiring Annie was one of the best decisions hands down. I hired her for the month of wedding package with decor set up and she went above and beyond. She provided me with referrals for vendors, guided me through miscellaneous wedding planning questions, and overall just made our day so seamless and enjoyable. She was so prepared, put together, and professional. She reviewed all of our items for set up the day before and asked any questions so that she had a clear understanding of our vision. Thank you Annie for making our wedding even more special and for managing the little details so we could just sit back and enjoy our special day :)

  The BEST day of coordinator!

  Seriously... the best decision we made was to hire Annie as our day of coordinator! A month before our wedding, she contacted all of our vendors to coordinate their arrival times and discuss all the other day-of details. She organized the timeline for our entire wedding day, coordinated logistics, and handled all communication with all our venue and vendors so we didn’t have to. She definitely took a huge load off of our plate! She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. A great example of this was right before our ceremony when she noticed that the staff responsible for setting up our reception was running behind. Once she made sure that our procession entered the ceremony without a hitch, she left the ceremony to go back to the reception venue to help the staff finish setting everything up. Who does that?! We had no idea there was even a problem. She saw what needed to be done and just did it! She was so easy to get a hold of, always quick to answer our questions, and had solutions for every problem that came up during the whole month-of planning process. Looking back, we wish we had hired her for full-service but we are grateful for having her the month before!

  Annie is worth every penny and then some. She was my day of/month of coordinator. She goes above and beyond to create a relaxed event and handles any problems quickly and efficiently. Her rates are very affordable and she took all my decorations and created a beautiful wedding just like I pictured. She worked well with all the vendors and helped create an organized timeline.   Amazing annie!

  I wish I could give 10 stars because Annie was a Rock Star and my personal hero for our November South Lake Tahoe wedding. Her pricing is more than fair and she went above and beyond for us from beginning to end. I had a couple of speedbumps in the wedding planning process and Annie conquered each one with professionalism and grace. As a perfectionist I felt so much better knowing Annie was in my corner. Weddings are so stressful for a bride and if I didn't have Annie I think I would have had a complete melt down. Even my other vendors were impressed and said they loved working with her! Annie was more than a Wedding Coordinator she felt like a friend that I had complete trust in and that's when you know you found a good one. Thank you Annie we will never forget everything you did for us on our big day!
