Maddie is amazing! I am seriously blown away at how perfectly she executed our wedding. I had a ton of DIY things for my wedding (florals, decor, desserts, etc.) and so many small details I requested. She was on top of everything from start to finish, and she and her partner set up the most beautiful decor with it - looked so much better than what I had imagined. They really have an eye for design.

She also stayed organized and ahead of things the whole time leading up to the event. We dropped off everything (tons of boxes) at the venue the night before and she somehow noticed a few things that I forgot to bring and texted me about it that same day. She also stopped by the house to pick them up to make things easier for me. I also had a camcorder I asked if she could help get footage on and she captured SO much (ceremony, cake cutting, messages from guests, etc.).

Throughout the whole process, Maddie was so organized, professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable, had excellent communication (with me and the vendors) and she was also very friendly with all the guests and had great energy during the wedding. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator - she really turned our wedding into a reality and we’re so thankful for her.

If you’re getting married and not sure if you need a planner, I’m here to tell you that you do and her name is Maddie with Stunning and Brilliant Events Reno/Tahoe. My husband and I just got married and the best decision we made about our wedding was Maddie. She brought my vision to life, found us the perfect venue, and recommended the best vendors. We did a partial package with her and it was perfect for us. She set up and came to all of our venue tours and our menu tasting. She was very intuitive about what we did and didn’t like and asked all of the questions we never would have thought of.

Day of her and her team set everything up for us and made sure to take care of any problem that arose like last minute guest cancellations. I also have very bad anxiety and when the loops on the buttons on my dress started snapping she stopped what she was doing and sowed me into my dress and kept my anxiety levels low. She also had my phone and took pictures of every little moment so that we had behind the scenes memories that we didn’t have to worry about capturing.

Everyone always says planning a wedding is very stressful but our experience was the exact opposite because of her. Thank you Maddie and to anyone reading this, it’s absolutely worth it.

Hiring Maddie was easily the greatest decision we made while wedding planning. Her attention to detail was incredible and she was so organized throughout the whole process. Having Maddie as our planner let us fully enjoy our wedding day without any stress. (She solved problems throughout the day that we didn’t even know existed!) She’s also the sweetest person ever and was always available to answer my questions. I was on the fence about hiring a month of planner since I had already booked my own vendors - I am so glad I decided to let her take over because it allowed us to sit back, relax and fully be present for the entirety of our wedding day!
