Our goal at Piece by Piece is to make your event all about you and your personality. No two events or people are the same. We love helping your wedding day reflect YOU and taking on new approaches or styles for each event - the more unique the better. We also know that traditional is sometimes the best route. Consulations "The Helping Hand"

This package is for those that need help making sure they are on the right track and stay that way. If you don't need us step-by-step but would like an helping hand then this is the package for you. We give you advice and counsel you on all the details needed to get you started on the right foot.The number of consultations we will do throughout the event planning process will depend on how much help you need or the size of your event. The average number is about 3 consultations (one in the beginning, one right before the event, and one in the middle of the planning process).

Price: $600 Deposit: $150

Day of Coordination "The Silent Partner"

This package is good for the person that can handle the planning process on their own. They just need someone to help with the days leading up to the event and the day of the actual event. We want you to be able to enjoy your event and not have to worry as much. Thats why we will offer our services for you for the day before the event and the actual day of the event. Let us make sure the vendors arrive on time and you just SAY I DO!!! You get to sit back and enjoy the big day that you worked so hard to plan for. Let us sweat the small stuff while you reap the benefits and enjoy your event and guests.

Price: $750*** Deposit: $150

***Price is based on 24 hours. Any additional hours will be subject to an additional charge of $20/hour after that.

Coordination by the hour “Piece of Cake”

This service is best for that DIY Bride that can handle the planning process but would like some stress taken away from the day of the wedding. Maybe you don’t need someone the whole day and you would like to choose how many hours you need us. Then here’s your chance!!! We will make your wedding day a “piece of cake” for you and your family!!! Let us worry and run the last minute errands or worry about the last minute details etc!! Whether it’s just during the ceremony you need us or the reception or even beforehand. You decide how much help you need from us!!!

***Price is based on a $30/hr rate***

***We have a minimum of 3 hours of service ***

***After 50 miles or more of travel an extra $10/hour is subject to apply***

Complete Planning Services "No Worries!"

This package is the person that just wants to show up to the event and it be all that he/she dreamed of. You tell us your hopes and expectations and we do the rest. We plan, organize,coordinate with all the vendors, and we make sure it all goes off with a bang the day of as well. Let us do all the work and you just enjoy, look your best and SAY I DO!!! Let us piece together the perfect event for you.

Price: $2500*** Deposit: $150

***This pricing is based on 100 hours worked on the event. Any additional hours will be subject to a $20/hour charge for each hour after.
