We hired Sarah as the florist and day-of coordinator for our wedding. My mom and I were designing and hand-making almost every little detail, so we really wanted the flowers to match our vision. As we planned the wedding we made a few changes to the color palette and budget and Sarah worked with us through them. She is very detail-oriented and reliable, which meant I did not have to sweat the small stuff on my big day. In the end, all of the flowers - from the altar, to the favor table - were beautiful. The table centerpieces were especially gorgeous, we got many compliments on those. After our wedding my maid of honor decided to hire Sarah for her wedding as well. We all need a Sarah on our wedding day!
It's always helpful to have someone to think of all the details, anticipate the unexpected, and coordinate the event. As a musician, I particularly appreciate having someone to cue and coordinate. Everything goes more smoothly with an event planner. I most recently worked on a wedding with Sarah Lusardi and not only was she very pleasant to work with, the beautifully orchestrated event went off without a hitch.
