Historic Kinloch, circa 1843/1947 offers the both of best worlds... 20 acres of historic grounds with massive oaks, maganolias and boxwood attest to the former Antebellum Mansion that stood on this site from 1843-1947. After the Mansion burned to the ground, the current  7,000 sq. foot elegant 1940’s era home was built by famous architect Charles Goodwin. The estate ,completely updated in 2005 ,offers the history of yester year with the amenties of today. Historic Kinloch is very private; the 20 acres of grounds are surrounded by over 1,400 acres that comprise the estate. The site can accomadate 500 plus for an outdoor garden wedding, up to 140 for an indoor wedding . The spectacular 758 Sq. foot glass enclosed long hall and the over 643 sq. feet of glass enclosed porches that spill onto the lawn overlooking the pond, truely makes for a mememorable event.
