The Holiday Inn in New Cumberland is known for its Indoor Courtyard. This tropical atrium is an excellent setting for Wedding Ceremonies, Cocktail Hours, Rehearsal Dinners and Bridal Showers. Live greenery surrounds a sunken dining area, complete with a private Gazebo Bar and elegant lighting.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Our Standard Wedding Packages are priced per person. Flat rates apply for Ceremony Fees.
Do you offer any special services?
Linen packages are available as an upgraded service through our hotel.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
There is a Rehearsal Dinner package that includes floor length white linens, candlelight centerpieces and wine service.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Brides must use our specific list of vendors if purchasing a standard wedding package. The packages can be customized and alternate vendors are allowed, although there may be an additional cost.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
We do not require the use of any specific musicians and there is no additional cost. The hotel does reserve the right to deny any vendor it deems unfit.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
A Hospitality Room is included in the Standard Wedding Package. Additional Rooms may be rented when available.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Nothing can be permanently attached to the banquet rooms. All outside decorators must be approved by the hotel. All items brought into the hotel must be removed that same day.
What restrictions (if any) on music?
In the Indoor and Outdoor Courtyards, music must conclude by 10pm. Inside Banquet Rooms are per contract.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We can accomodate up to a maximum of 3 Weddings at one time although the times are typically staggered to accommodate the use of our Indoor Courtyard as the Cocktail Hour location.
