I cannot begin to describe the PHENOMENAL service and guidance from Jessica and her team. The entire hotel staff was superb. There was nothing bad I (or any of my guests) could say about this hotel. The food was outstanding, the staff was SO kind and helpful and super fun! Jessica and her team made our wedding reception a night to remember. The room was breathtaking. I envisioned it and it was brought to life. Just writing this review is making me overwhelmingly emotional because of how truly incredible every single person in the hotel is. If you are thinking about booking here for any event, do it! Don’t even second guess it. You will NEVER regret it.

My (now) husband and I had such an incredible reception at the Best Western. Megan was amazing in helping us plan all the details in the year and a half before the wedding. She replied to emails quickly (even after hours) and was very flexible with us. We were able to add awesome station options like a mashed potato bar and a nacho station that everyone loved during cocktail hour. We were able to pay a small amount extra to have the BW do all the decorating and they did an amazing job. The room and all the tables looked great. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meal (we did the plated dinner) and the late night snacks. The ballroom is very large and you can pay for the chair covers through the hotel which is very convenient. The basic linens are included and they have preferred vendors with the hotel putting money towards centerpieces and the cake. The BW made planning super easy and I 100% recommend them

I 100% RECOMMEND BEST WESTERN FOR YOUR WEDDING!!! I am currently a graduate student receiving my PhD in anatomy at Penn State University College of Med. There is not a lot I could have done to help set up or tear down for my ceremony or reception, and my hubby and I are on a budget. We had the reception at Best Western, not the cereomy (you can also have your ceremony here). The staff AMAZING, the event coordinators AMAZING, the space AMAZING. The event coordinators I worked with were Jessica, Morgan, Courtney, and Kirsha. Jessica helped me originally but left before my wedding because she had a baby. Morgan took over for her. They didn't miss a beat. EVERYTHING was in order even though the event was handed off. Courtney and Kirsha helped the day of and during the hand off for my wedding. EVERYONE was accommodating, professional, organized, and all of the above. This location was beautiful AND affordable. the cost for dinner was $89 per person (this includes tax and gratuity). $67 for the cheapest dinner option which we had a choice for two entrees both were AMAZING. $27 per person for the cheapest bar option. Even the guests were impressed with the meal! The dinner included vegetable stationed apps with cheese and crackers and dips. I got to choose 4 additional horderves which was stationed fruit assembly, bacon jam tart, asiago phyllo wrapped asparagus and crab cakes. ALSO included in the price was an appetizer, we chose cheese tortellini, and a side salad with choice of two dressings, and bread and butter. During the social hour we had our own PRIVATE room for the bridal party!! We had our own drink station and horderve set up. EVERYONE was take care of. OH and the kids under 11 get their own meal for $19 and kids under 2 are FREE! The event coordinator also offered a vegetarian meal for three of my guests and accommodated my gluten free aunt and an aunt that had other dietary restrictions. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. As husband and wife they set up our suite the night of our wedding with wonderful surprise gifts AND we got a free night stay and free breakfast in the pub the next day. I was also able to reserve space in the pub for breakfast so our family could enjoy breakfast with us. There were very few hiccups at the hotel with communication of staff but everything was resolved and taken care. I really have nothing to complain about! The photos I posted give you an idea of how they set up everything but they don't do the place justice. Jess and her team were absolutely amazing! The room looked absolutely stunning, the food was great, and they made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of! Jess made sure to go over every detail of the room and the timeline of events and even offered suggestions as to what worked for other receptions! I HIGHLY recommend booking your reception here!

Jessica Dickey was so amazing throughout the whole planning and day of process. I would highly recommend her and the best western premier. It was such a beautiful place and they went above and beyond to make sure our day was special.

The venue is beautiful. The staff was attentive, professional, and cheerful. Planning was a breeze with many options. Our guests raved about the food, service and atmosphere. Many guests stayed at hotel and visited the hotel restaurant. Everyone was exceptionally satisfied. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing experience here! Our wedding was 8/5/17, and Jessica and the staff did everything to make it the most perfect day for us. Every detail was exactly how we imagined it, all questions were answered promptly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great! I cannot recommend this venue more! We had our wedding at the Central Hotel & Conference Center in November of 2016. We had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel handled all of the wedding planning and met with us on a few occasions to get an idea of what we were looking for and to plan out all of the details of our big day. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica as the date drew near, and she was absolutely incredible! She was super organized and had an amazing team that decorated the entire venue better than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they make everything look incredible, they treated us all like royalty. They always made sure that my husband and I had a drink and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. The food was absolutely amazing too and everyone complimented every element of our big day - from the hor d'oeuvres, to the main course, to the beauty of the hotel itself, and of course the awesome staff. Even as the night came to a close, they let us dance out the last few songs while they cleaned up. Some of the staff even came out to dance with us when they were done and it just really made the whole experience very special. We do not have one complaint about our experience, and wouldn't change a single thing if we had to do it all over again. A huge thank you to Jessica, Mike and the entire staff at the Best Western Premier!

My husband and I chose to have our ceremony and reception here in March 2016. The event coordinator, Erica, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in. The food was amazing. We have already recommended others to get married here! This venue made an already special day above and beyond what I dreamed of.
