Where do I even start…!? ❤️

We recently had our reception at PBI and it was better than I could have ever imagined. When I was first looking for a venue, I narrowed my options down to a few, with PBI being one. PBI was the only one that I felt was very transparent with what they offered, their pricing and all information offered in initial conversations. Kendra was very communicative and Aleta quick to answer any questions I may have. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and just down right an amazing person. We truly felt grateful to have been lucky enough to find this venue and Kendra. She made sure all the details leading up to and the day of the wedding were completely covered. She helped with so many things that took time and stress off my plate. Her eye for design is unmatched! I could not have been happier with the experience and service we had with PBI. Thank you Kendra, for being so wonderful and grounding throughout the entire process, you were truly a godsend.

My husband and I choose pine barn inn for our rehersal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and brunch the day after the wedding and we are completely blown away! We could not have asked for a better venue and the staff was so friendly and amazing to work with, catering to all our needs. Kendra was fantastic and so flexible to work with as well. She even made sure my husband had blue moon available for our wedding even though they didn't have that particular beer in stock! Our guests are still raving about all the food and how nice the venue was. We seriously couls not have asked for a better venue to host our special day!

We chose the Pine Barn Inn for our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception for the weekend of 12/17-12/18. The cocktail hour was held in the hallway/room surrounding the reception ballroom and the terrace (which has heaters!!). Although it was outside, it was so warm with the heaters and such a nice option for guests to move around! Also, the PBI has a covered bridge!! Which was absolutely perfect for us to sneak away to get some pictures of just us ! Kendra, was simply the absolute best to work with! She made the entire planning process a breeze! The professionalism, organization, and promptness is unmatched. Every part of this planning was so enjoyable to work along with Kendra and the PBI, making us feel so comfortable and confident that everything would work out perfectly! She accommodated every single request we had to make our day perfect. We received endless compliments on the food from our guests. Everything was beyond perfect and we cannot thank Kendra and PBI enough for such a memorable day!

We had our recpetion, cocktail hour and after party there. Everyone said how great the food was. They didn't know what the liked the most the food at cocktail hour or the dinner. Everyone left with a full belly. Very nice venue. Hotel was right next to recpetion. Perfect.

We had to make some last minute changes due to covid so that we could have a much smaller wedding. Two weeks before our wedding, we booked with Pine Barn. They were incredible at helping us coordinate everything in such a short amount of time. Megan was always available to answer calls and was quick to respond to emails any time we had a question. Our day went smoothly and everything turned out perfectly thanks to the great team they have at Pine Barn.

Our wedding coordinator, Megan, and the rest of the Pine Barn Inn team could not have been anymore helpful throughout the entire process. They were accommodating and flexible in the planning process as well as prepared and pleasant on the night of the reception. We highly recommend Pine Barn Inn!

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Megan and her team did a fantastic job and made the evening perfect for us. The Pine Barn was the perfect place for us because it was sort of a destination wedding as all of our family and friends had to travel. They provided a place for the ceremony (lovely), the reception (stunning with delicious food) and accomodations (we required about 30 rooms!) I wouldn't have done anything differently - and I appreciate the dedication the staff put forth into making our day so special.

I cannot express how amazing our wedding at the Pine Barn Inn was! We have received nothing but compliments about the food, service, venue, and atmosphere! Megan has been wonderful to work with, she made sure our day was flawless and helped with every detail! We loved the convenience of having the venue, tavern, and hotel all in one place! The staff was amazing during our whole event! The entire day was beautiful. My husband and I cannot thank Megan and the rest of the staff at the Pine Barn Inn enough for making sure that we had a truly incredible wedding! We would highly recommend the Pine Barn Inn to any one looking to have a wedding!

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Pine Barn Inn and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received prior to and on our wedding day! Their wedding coordinator, Megan, was great to work with. She was proactive in reaching out to us a few months prior to our wedding to finalize the details of our day and was receptive to all of the tweaks we made along the way to make our day just right. Megan and Chris were onsite to assist us throughout our rehearsal dinner and the morning of the wedding, which helped put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy more time with our bridal party and families prior to the wedding. As a result of all the coordinating that Megan did leading up to our day and with all of the assistance we received onsite, our ceremony was flawless. Our reception was equally as amazing - our guests raved about the food, the staff were very attentive to both us and our guests, and everything was executed on time / without any issues. We ended our evening on the patio and in the tavern with our guests to enjoy late night pizza and drinks. Many of our guests remarked at how convenient it was to have everything (ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel accommodations) onsite. We hosted brunch at the Pine Barn Inn the next morning for our out-of-town guests which was enjoyed by everyone and a great way to end our wedding festivities. Thank you to Megan, Chris, and everyone else at the Pine Barn Inn for making our wedding day wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better day!

Megan was excellent to work with. The food was absolutely delicious, and the employees made sure that all guests who had allergies were taken care of. We weren't able to decorate until the morning of the wedding due to an event at the venue. Megan allowed us to come in bright and early to get all decorating done with time to spare. Everyone raved about the food! The venue was extremely accommodating. The Best Man's mother-in-law stayed in the room during the reception to babysit his son while he and his wife were celebrating. The Pine Barn Inn was willing to deliver a plate of food to her in the room so she could still eat. She was extremely appreciative and said that she received so much food! The entire staff was extremely polite and professional!
