Facilities and Capacity
Couples who book the spacious venue are afforded the opportunity of hosting their once-in-a-lifetime event in the venue’s beautifully appointed Casey Grand Ballroom or Electric City Ballroom.
Our Casey Grand Ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 450 guests, while our Electric City Ballroom can hold up to 120 guests. All on-site receptions include a complimentary "get-ready room" for each side of the bridal party.
Not sure where you want to say your "I dos"? Ceremony space is also available!

Lacey from the start makes you feel like she is your best friend looking forward to helping you plan your dream wedding. She is aware of your budget and is considerate in helping suggest ideas that are in your price range. She is so quick to respond to your emails and genuinely cares about your day going as you planned. Leading up to your day she is prompt on appointments and is organized in arranging all the details discussed.
My dad was a man that had no clue about weddings. Lacey and the Hilton staff helped make this process so fun and enjoyable for my dad. They made sure to include him on all decisions and listen to his and my mom's questions and concerns. Lacey even made my dad a name tag that said assistant coordinator for the night of the wedding.
The Hilton in Scranton goes above and beyond to not only give you the best wedding reception, but the best and most memorable wedding WEEKEND! The whole staff that worked that night from bartenders, cooks, servers, luggage helpers, shuttle drivers, housekeeping, front desk staff, and event coordinating staff work so hard to ensure that your every need is met. I even told my husband, when reflecting on our weekend, that the Hilton staff made us feel like royalty. They all congratulated us and knew us by name. Many of our guests have reached out to us the past few days to let us know how amazing their stay was and how awesome the food was. WE LOVE THE HILTON SCRANTON!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Meghan and her talented staff for a wedding reception last weekend. I own an award winning wedding entertainment company and this wedding marked our largest production event in the history of our company. From one wedding professional to the other, Meghan's hard work, flexibility, ease of communication, dedication and above all amazing customer service made the wedding reception a tremendous success! The food was phenomenal and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Also the presentation of the food was spot on and really paid close attention to detail. The Venue space included a grand ball room with modern chandeliers and neutral colors. This combination is a lighting decorator designers dream because we can drastically enhance the mood or atmosphere. I highly recommend checking out this venue for your upcoming wedding reception or corporate event.
