Everything was awesome, so much dancing all night and we got a LOT of compliments on the song choices and transitions. 10/10 would recommend!

We booked 570 Events for almost everything they offered - light up dance floor, gold chivari chairs, uplighting with monogram projection, photo screen, cold fireworks, "dancing on a cloud" for our first dance, photo booth, and their recommended videographers Curtis and Kelly - and we were amazed. Having everything with one vendor made it easy to cross several things off our to-do list at once! Our incredible DJs, Jay and Phil, had our families and friends on the dance floor the entire night, which is exactly what we wanted. Our photo booth album is FULL of silly props and smiling faces, thanks to Felicia. We can't thank Nick enough for arranging everything for us... it was absolutely perfect.

Joel from 570 Events was our DJ for our wedding on 9/5/2021. He was INCREDIBLE. Our dance floor always had people on it and Joel listened to what we requested prior to the big day (no bad language, a different entrance, etc.). He also did a great job reading our guests and knowing what kind of music they would like. We received so much positive feedback after the wedding and a lot of it was directed at the music. Joel was great to work with so if you need a DJ, I would absolutely recommend Joel from 570 Events.

Nick & his team were amazing! Nick was very thorough with planning & all of the different options available. He worked very well with our budget. While our venue supplied most items needed, 570 has everything needed to rent for your wedding. DJ Jay was absolutely incredible. From the second we spoke about the music, I knew he would crush it. We also booked videography through 570. While we haven't gotten the video back yet (just married on 5/18/24), his team was there for it all! I would 10/10 recommend.

We just got back our wedding videos almost a year after the wedding and we're extremely disappointed. There are glimses of places that had no part of our wedding- they added video of a different place entirely into our video. There are pieces of the wedding that didn't even get captured. While we were exchanging vows, we only see from the right side of the venue. Nothing shooting from the left. So we missed my husband saying his vows and any reactions he had during one of the most important days of our lives! There was no photage of us walking down the aisle for the first time being united as one. The reception video was ok. They did drop the video a couple of times and during the first dance so I was a bit annoyed about that. There were poorly edited/stitched pieces when watching it all the way through.

We got our pictures back in May and some were decent while certain ones made me see red. The photographer took pictures of my maid of honor/sister while she was exposed! The buttons of her shirt came undone during the process of taking pictures and you can see her chest!!!!! When we seen the photos, she was very upset and couldn't understand why the photographer didn't tell her that they have become undone while we were taking pictures. I wanted nice pictures of my sister and I but they were ruined. I had to edit them myself so she was covered. The other issues we had with the pictures were there were parts of the wedding completely missed and pictures being extremely dark. The readings we have some pictures for and responsorial Psalms we have none!

Lastly, we used them for the DJ. We sent in the songs and photos as were instructed. The DJ was very nice overall but there was an issue throughout the night where he only played pictures of my husband. We sent three files and noted when they were to be played- the mother/son dance(him and his family), throughout the night (the both of us growing up) and for the bouquet toss (me and my family because I didn't have a father/daughter dance so this was the time we liked them to play). The DJ agreed and he said he would play them when scheduled. Apparently he forgot. Multiple people went up there and explained to him that there was no pictures of the bride and her side of the family playing. He kept playing the show from the mother/son dance. It was corrected about an hour before we left for the night- mind you in that final hour was the bouquet toss as well. The owner knew about this issue and called us while we were ON OUR HONEYMOON!! At least he reached out but the timing was poorly throughout!! He asked us how we thought the night went. Because we were being thrown around so much with everything going on that day we had no clue about some of the issues happening so we said it was okay. For how many issued actually happened that day that we were told about by our families and friends WERE NOT OKAY.

The photographers/videographers themselves were contracted out but they were nice people and got along with the groups decently. The owner was okay but horrible at communicating with us by call, text and email. He blew us off twice when arranging meetings with him in person. We were already at his studio in Wilkes-Barre and he cancelled on us. Not even ten minutes before our meeting! We drove from over an hour away to have a meeting the least you can do is tell us earlier that you wouldn't be able to make it. Even reaching out months after the event to get our photos/videos was an issue for him. He blew us off at every opportunity he had. He said he would send them but wouldn't so we had to keep reaching out. It was a bother for him and I was getting nervous that something was going to happen. Even when I would reach out alone I would hear nothing but as soon as my husband reaches out with multiple attempts he would respond. I was so upset with this. I was scared to post a review before getting my photos and videos back in case he just deleted them on us and claimed there was another issue. Never again will we use them for their services and have advised others not to.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review was a long time coming, probably because we just watched our video (again) and cried (not happy tears) but of disgust and disappointment for what Nick, the owner, put us through. Our package was only "x" amount, so he said, and they were still recovering from covid back logs, that we recieved our 2021 wedding video, not complete a year later. We were promised (and paid for) drone footage of the barn, they never took the footage, and later Nick said the weather was bad, he would not put his expensive equipment in the air. He also mentioned this was not part of the contract, yet I JUST FOUND the proof that this was. I never vocalized my disappointment, because well, I wanted to take the high road and move on. But watching the terrible quality of our video again, finally finding all the receipts that prove he did not supply all of our promised and paid for services, I am going to speak out. I have now started my own event planning business, which is focused on intimate events (like mine) who deserve to be treated the same as higher budget clients because of what this company did to us. No couple should be treated less than because they didn't choose this company for all their services. I will soon post the entire video on YOUTUBE so everyone can see what we were left with. ALL the flaws, all the terrible editing and all our missing drone footage. They didn't share it on their facebook because they know its not something they would even want potential clients to see. Thank you for destroying the one thing we went over budget for. We'll never forget you.
