We recently had our reception at PBI and it was better than I could have ever imagined. When I was first looking for a venue, I narrowed my options down to a few, with PBI being one. PBI was the only one that I felt was very transparent with what they offered, their pricing and all information offered in initial conversations. Kendra was very communicative and Aleta quick to answer any questions I may have. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and just down right an amazing person. We truly felt grateful to have been lucky enough to find this venue and Kendra. She made sure all the details leading up to and the day of the wedding were completely covered. She helped with so many things that took time and stress off my plate. Her eye for design is unmatched! I could not have been happier with the experience and service we had with PBI. Thank you Kendra, for being so wonderful and grounding throughout the entire process, you were truly a godsend.

My husband and I choose pine barn inn for our rehersal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and brunch the day after the wedding and we are completely blown away! We could not have asked for a better venue and the staff was so friendly and amazing to work with, catering to all our needs. Kendra was fantastic and so flexible to work with as well. She even made sure my husband had blue moon available for our wedding even though they didn't have that particular beer in stock! Our guests are still raving about all the food and how nice the venue was. We seriously couls not have asked for a better venue to host our special day!

We chose the Pine Barn Inn for our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception for the weekend of 12/17-12/18. The cocktail hour was held in the hallway/room surrounding the reception ballroom and the terrace (which has heaters!!). Although it was outside, it was so warm with the heaters and such a nice option for guests to move around! Also, the PBI has a covered bridge!! Which was absolutely perfect for us to sneak away to get some pictures of just us ! Kendra, was simply the absolute best to work with! She made the entire planning process a breeze! The professionalism, organization, and promptness is unmatched. Every part of this planning was so enjoyable to work along with Kendra and the PBI, making us feel so comfortable and confident that everything would work out perfectly! She accommodated every single request we had to make our day perfect. We received endless compliments on the food from our guests. Everything was beyond perfect and we cannot thank Kendra and PBI enough for such a memorable day!

We had our recpetion, cocktail hour and after party there. Everyone said how great the food was. They didn't know what the liked the most the food at cocktail hour or the dinner. Everyone left with a full belly. Very nice venue. Hotel was right next to recpetion. Perfect.

We had to make some last minute changes due to covid so that we could have a much smaller wedding. Two weeks before our wedding, we booked with Pine Barn. They were incredible at helping us coordinate everything in such a short amount of time. Megan was always available to answer calls and was quick to respond to emails any time we had a question. Our day went smoothly and everything turned out perfectly thanks to the great team they have at Pine Barn.

Our wedding coordinator, Megan, and the rest of the Pine Barn Inn team could not have been anymore helpful throughout the entire process. They were accommodating and flexible in the planning process as well as prepared and pleasant on the night of the reception. We highly recommend Pine Barn Inn!

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. Megan and her team did a fantastic job and made the evening perfect for us. The Pine Barn was the perfect place for us because it was sort of a destination wedding as all of our family and friends had to travel. They provided a place for the ceremony (lovely), the reception (stunning with delicious food) and accomodations (we required about 30 rooms!) I wouldn't have done anything differently - and I appreciate the dedication the staff put forth into making our day so special.

I cannot express how amazing our wedding at the Pine Barn Inn was! We have received nothing but compliments about the food, service, venue, and atmosphere! Megan has been wonderful to work with, she made sure our day was flawless and helped with every detail! We loved the convenience of having the venue, tavern, and hotel all in one place! The staff was amazing during our whole event! The entire day was beautiful. My husband and I cannot thank Megan and the rest of the staff at the Pine Barn Inn enough for making sure that we had a truly incredible wedding! We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Pine Barn Inn and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received prior to and on our wedding day! Their wedding coordinator, Megan, was great to work with. She was proactive in reaching out to us a few months prior to our wedding to finalize the details of our day and was receptive to all of the tweaks we made along the way to make our day just right. Megan and Chris were onsite to assist us throughout our rehearsal dinner and the morning of the wedding, which helped put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy more time with our bridal party and families prior to the wedding. As a result of all the coordinating that Megan did leading up to our day and with all of the assistance we received onsite, our ceremony was flawless. Our reception was equally as amazing - our guests raved about the food, the staff were very attentive to both us and our guests, and everything was executed on time / without any issues. We ended our evening on the patio and in the tavern with our guests to enjoy late night pizza and drinks. Many of our guests remarked at how convenient it was to have everything (ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel accommodations) onsite. We hosted brunch at the Pine Barn Inn the next morning for our out-of-town guests which was enjoyed by everyone and a great way to end our wedding festivities. Thank you to Megan, Chris, and everyone else at the Pine Barn Inn for making our wedding day wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better day!

Megan was excellent to work with. The food was absolutely delicious, and the employees made sure that all guests who had allergies were taken care of. We weren't able to decorate until the morning of the wedding due to an event at the venue. Megan allowed us to come in bright and early to get all decorating done with time to spare. Everyone raved about the food! The venue was extremely accommodating. The Best Man's mother-in-law stayed in the room during the reception to babysit his son while he and his wife were celebrating. The Pine Barn Inn was willing to deliver a plate of food to her in the room so she could still eat. She was extremely appreciative and said that she received so much food! The entire staff was extremely polite and professional!

Celebrated my daughters wedding at Pine Barn Inn. I highly recommend this venue. Jacqui was very helpful with planning the wedding from start to finish. The service, food, and accommodation were outstanding. The facility is beautiful. The cost is reasonable.

We could not have picked a better location to hold our wedding reception and all of our wedding weekend events! Jacqui and the entire staff at the Pine Barn Inn went above and beyond to ensure we had the greatest experience. Emails were answered promptly during the wedding process and Jacqui was always there to help with any questions or concerns we had. As bride planning from out of town, Jacqui always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every decision being made. She was also extremely accommodating and flexible with meeting in-person anytime we were in Danville.
Our wedding weekend started off with a rehearsal dinner for about 35 people in the Montour Room at the Pine Barn. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, warm and accommodating. I was nervous to have an event at the same location right before our wedding reception, but the variety found in menu options eased my concerns and everyone had a fantastic dinner.
Our entire reception went off without a hitch. The staff was so professional and attentive, and the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the menu and still note that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Jacqui and her staff were so helpful during set up and clean up and were on site to assist with deliveries, making my job as a bride so much easier!
After our reception, our guests joined us in the Tavern for an after party with pizza. The bartender was amazing, polite and very efficient. Having the after party right in the tavern allowed our guests to continue celebrating and the pizza was a must needed treat after hours of dancing!
A large portion of our guests were from out of town and having the hotel onsite made the trip very convenient. Our guests commented on how lovely the room accommodations were and how much they enjoyed the Pine Barn Inn property. What a great choice if you want everything in one place :) All of our guests loved the convenience that the Pine Barn had to offer. Jacqui, the venues wedding sales manager, is so easy to work with. She is so kind and patient! Also, we had an after party at the pub afterward with pizza, wings etc. and it was such a hit! Highly recommend :)

We recently had our wedding at The Pine Barn Inn and we were very very pleased with everything! My husband and I got so many compliments about how nice everything was and the excellent food! Jacqui was there to help us every step of the way with our wedding planning and she kept everything organized! The ballroom looked beautiful and was very spacious for the amount of guests we had (150). The next morning we even had breakfast in one of the smaller rooms by the restaurant, the food was delicious and a nice touch to be able to send our guests off, who had stayed, the next day after the wedding! We would highly recommend The Pine Barn Inn to anyone!

Selecting the Pine Barn Inn for our wedding reception was the perfect decision! The food was out of this world delicious! The venue is beautiful and everything just went by so smoothly and stress free! Definitely a great choice!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Pine Barn Inn and it was absolutely amazing. The main ballroom is beautiful and comfortably accommodated our 210 guests, an 8 piece band and a dance floor. In addition to the ballroom we had access to the covered patio all night long. The food was great (best steak I ever had at a wedding) and the service was exceptional.

The Pine Barn Inn had every amenity that we were looking for. We had many guests traveling to the wedding from out of town and they were all thrilled to have the option to stay at the on-site hotel. They have a Tavern where many of our guests continued partying after the reception and had a late night snack. In the morning the Restaurant had the capability of setting up a private room for our guests to enjoy a breakfast buffet.

The entire wedding process went very smoothly because the Pine Barn Inn has a full time Wedding Coordinator. Jacqui is very knowledgeable and was always available by e-mail and telephone to answer all of our questions. In addition to all of her help with the the reception, she coordinated the hotel accommodations, late night snacks at the Tavern, Breakfast the following morning, and put up with my pain in the a$$ Dad.

The Pine Barn Inn was a beautiful place to have our rehearsal dinner. The waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the evening. The food was very good with many options to select from their menu. I would recommend this venue to anyone for any occasion.

All of the staff at Pine Barn, from the beginning planning stages to the end of our event showed excellent service, attention, and caring. Everyone we dealt with showed excellent professionalism. Jacqui was very prompt to answering our questions and flexible with any changes we had to make. She was very coordinated so that we didn't have to worry about any of our outside vendors setting up. In regards to setting up the reception hall for the wedding, we had to set up on the morning of the wedding ourselves. At first this was stressful to make sure we had enough help to set up with time for members of the wedding party and family to get ready for the event. Jacqui was there to help with set up and offer suggestions. She was very helpful and considerate to our needs on the day of the wedding. Overall experience was amazing! The event ran smoothly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the building was beautiful!!

The Pine Barn was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect venue for our wedding. The food was delicious and the staff worked very hard to make sure our every request was made possible.

We were thrilled with the entire Pine Barn Inn package for our wedding venue this summer, July 2014! We received many positive comments from many guests about the variety and quality of features at Pine Barn Inn, the facilities, the food and the staff!

The new Ballroom was perfect for the reception with great convenient access for parking, restrooms, Patio, Tavern, Hotel rooms, etc. Many of the guests traveled quite a distance and it was the perfect venue for a full day of activities and convenient first class hotel rooms for an overnight stay. The breakfast buffet at the PBI restaurant was an excellent setting with great food for family and friends to visit with the Bride and Groom the morning after the reception as well.

The Ballroom and the Patio provided very nice options for the guests. The Ballroom was great for dinner, dancing and music with the Patio providing an alternate quiet setting with a nice covered outdoor area for conversation with each other with convenient food and drink access as well.
PBI also offered extended hours in the ballroom and patio areas for late evening food for a complete evening together which extended into the Tavern & Patio area to end the evening together before retiring with our guests to the hotel rooms right next to the Tavern & Patio.

The staff and management at PBI were all very professional, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations the day of the event as well. The staff even helped to set up items in the Ballroom and Patio the day of the reception that were not expected, many kudos to Jaqui and Crystal and others to covering all the details and more in a very pleasant and helpful manner.

Professional service, answers all and any questions you have that help wedding planning less stressful, the venue is so beautiful that simple decorations are good enough and your wedding looks fantastic, and you don't have to purchase or rent your own utensils, cups, flutes, cake utensils, plates, fabric napkins or tablecloths. The food is to die for, and they work their absolute hardest to make sure the day goes off without a hitch! Taking care of the bride and groom is their first and foremost priority.

We were very happy with our reception here. We received lots of compliments about both food and venue. Katie was wonderful and very communicative. We were able to have a nice reception on a budget by cutting back the number of entrees offered.

Every detail was taken care of so I had really hardly anything to worry about. A great feeling for a bride when you have so much other things to take care of. So glad we picked the pine barn. What a great experience.

When looking for a venue for our wedding reception, The Pine Barn Inn fit all our wants and needs plus more. The people that you work with are very nice, flexible, and prompt when responding to your questions and concerns. Their new ballroom where we had our reception is just beautiful and we received multiple positive comments on the venue! The covered outside area for the cocktail hour was a nice asset that they have for a reception as well. Many people utilized the area even after cocktail hour. We also received numerous compliments on the delicious food! All our guest were very happy and so were we!! They have their hotel right there so any wedding guests can stay which is nice!! They have many different packages you can choose from for your reception and you can pick what's suitable for you. We also had brunch in their dining area the morning after our reception and they made sure we had our own private area for our wedding guests who were eating brunch with us. I highly recommened the Pine Barn Inn! I couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding day! = )

We recently had our wedding reception at the Pine Barn Inn this past May. We had a wonderful experience!! The ballroom is stunning and comfortable fit our large amount of guests (180). Jacqui was great to work with! She was very easy to get ahold of and quickly would respond on any questions or concerns. The food was amazing!! We did the buffet option to provide more choices for our guests. We were concerned about our guests waiting awhile to get their food, but they lines moved very quickly. A lot of our guests were from out of town so it was nice providing them the option of having hotel rooms at the same location. We would highly recommend Pine Barn Inn!!

We had our wedding reception at Pine Barn on June 24th. We had a two and a half year engagement and have been planning with Pine Barn since early 2015. Jacqui was amazing to work with. She is quick to respond to emails and calls back with any questions or explanations. She kept us on schedule with our planning and provided us with many other vendor names that we used for our wedding. She seriously helped us plan the whole wedding. The ballroom is beautiful and barely needs any decor for the reception. The wedding crew sets up the tables for you and Jacqui helps with whatever decorating that you decide to do. The only complaint that I had from serveral guests is that the kitchen workers who helped with the buffet were a little bit rude to the guests who were in line for the buffet. The guests were "in their way" and the workers were impolite while trying to get through (there were even a few eye rolls). I was so disappointed to hear this because it is such a classy venue with classy and professional wedding sales managers. Overall, we have no regrets with our reception choice. The hotel made it very convenient for the guests who were drinking, as well as the out of town guests. We also had access to the patio all night long. It gave the wedding guests a place to go at the end of the reception, which was a huge bonus. Knowing that Jacqui had the day under control was a huge stress reliever on the day of the wedding. We were very happy with our venue.

We had our wedding reception at the Pine Barn Inn this past October and had such a wonderful experience. Katie was AMAZING to work with (she was actually part of the reason we selected Pine Barn in the first place) and helped to make the planning process effortless. The staff was more than accommodating when it came to checking in early, storing some of our reception decorations and making themselves available to help us out the day of our wedding.

We were a little upset that we were unable to get one of our beer choices for the reception as it seems like they waited too long to order it for us. We were however provided with what seemed to be an adequate replacement and our guests seemed to be pleased with it.

A few guests said that their servers during the reception were rude to them, but the girl who was taking care of my husband and I was TERRIFIC.

Overall we had a FANTASTIC experience with Pine Barn and I would hands down recommend them to anyone getting married in the area!

Working with Katie (one of the event coordinators) was wonderful! She was open to all of my ideas and was willing to do whatever it took to make my vision come to life. The new reception hall at the Pine Barn is beautiful and is definitely reasonably priced. I was a bit frustrated with the up charges to make changes to the "standard" reception package, but feel like the cost was well worth it since the changes helped to personalize our wedding. Aside from some minor attitude issues with wait staff at the reception, the venue was everything I could have hoped for!

The Pine Barn Inn was an excellent place to have our wedding! The venue was beautiful with its exposed wooden beams, accommodating with the changing of events on the day of the wedding, convenient with the hotels rooms right on site, and the food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place for weddings with their prices being reasonable and worth the price of the food and drinks!

If you're thinking about hosting an event at the Pine Barn Inn, DO IT! My husband and I are so glad that we decided to have our reception there. The staff was extremely helpful during both the planning process and the big day. Not to mention, the food was amazing! We chose the buffet option so that our guests could have a variety of food choices (and so it was less work for us). We were a little skeptical about how long our guests would be waiting to eat, but the line moved pretty quickly. We also liked that the Pine Barn has hotel rooms so we didn't have to worry about our guests driving home under the influence. Needless to say, we received a lot of compliments on how nice/fun our reception was. Although it might seem a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it. We definitely recommend the Pine Barn Inn!

My experience at the pine barn inn was overall okay. I enjoyed working with Jackie to plan my wedding. My family and I were a little disappointed with the amount of respect we did not get from the staff at the tavern through out the weekend. They were not the most pleasant to work with. They were overall rude during the rehearsal dinner & after the wedding in the tavern.

We booked with the Pine Barn because of the location and the convenience. The venue was undoubtedly beautiful and we loved the ease of having the hotel room block taken care of along with all of the reception details. There was one price per person that included linens, hors d'oeuvres, served entrees, and an open bar. The bridal suite was also complementary with our booking, which was great! The food was delicious and we have absolutely no regrets about the venue itself. Where we were extremely disappointed was how we were made to feel by the wedding sales manager. During our planning meetings, there were several details that were missed or forgotten and every minor personalization request was met with contestation, hostility, or we were told it would be an additional fee "because at the end of the day, we're a business trying to make a profit" (statement made directly to the bride during the final meeting). Every other vendor made us feel special except for this one, not even acknowledging us at the reception when we first came in.

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing. The venue itself is so beautiful and we wanted somewhere that we could have everything in one spot (rooms, rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception) and PBI was great for that. Our initial meeting with Kendra went very well, she answered all questions and was very knowledgeable about the venue and events on site. Because of this, we immediately booked with PBI a little over a year out. Following that, things began to take a turn. There was an issue with the room block (our wedding date was wrong in the computer) and both of our moms were not able to book as we were told. Due to this issue, we had to bring this concern to the higher ups and have it taken care of. We were assure that this was a technical problem and things would be smooth sailing from that point forward. During the meetings/emails leading up to our big day, there were numerous details missing and that were overlooked which caused us to constantly remind Kendra of the details, dates, plans, etc. which was somewhat off putting. We constantly felt that all of our questions and concerns were being dismissed or that they were a bother to her. During our tasting, there was another family also doing a tasting and Kendra sat with them, explaining things whereas we were alone until she had a few minutes to sit with us and write things down. During this time, she did a brief (rushed) walk through of the ballroom to look at some of our ideas for center pieces- again, we felt as though this was “a bother”. At the final meeting, which our photographer was a part of, we were presented with the same set of issues as before. The level of professionalism at this time was lack luster, and actually quite embarrassing. We have discussed doing a rehearsal for quite some time and were told that there would be a possibility of having to rehearse the morning of due to the ballroom being booked for another event, which is understandable. We had asked Kendra (closer to our wedding day) about the room being booked and she told us that more money would have to be given in order to hold it and to be certain it wouldn’t be booked because “the Pine Barn Inn is a business” (this was for 1 hour of rehearsal for not even half of the ballroom). The week of our wedding we get a call of Kendra saying that we will have access to the ballroom to rehearse and to begin setup but that she won’t be present at our rehearsal. We were left, with our entire wedding party plus family, to do a rehearsal with zero guidance on how things would run for the ceremony that day. Not to mention, there was also an even in part of the ballroom that evening so we were not able to begin set up due to tables/chairs being in use and not set up. Thankfully, Nick and Thorr were both so incredibly helpful when needed. On top of all of this, there was another wedding happening the week of ours. It was quite disheartening to see Kendra sitting with the bride and groom, assuring them that they would be well taken care of as we were walking by and all we get is “hello, how are things going?”. She was barely involved the day of and popped into the bridal suite maybe 3 times to “check in” (again, this appeared to be a huge bother to her). Our wedding party was treated poorly and spoken to disrespectfully on numerous occasions by Kendra. There were also two cases up cupcakes that were not put out the night of our wedding and during dinner, Kendra appeared to be upset that she had to pass plates out to our guests. The overall experience was unpleasant to say the least. It’s unfortunate, this was such a beautiful day and the journey to get here has been anything but stress free with the Pine Barn Inn.

Jacqui the event coordinator is amazing. She helped make the planning of the reception super easy and painless. Very responsive, helpful, and informative. If I could rate her and the planning alone it would be a 5. The ballroom is gorgeous and the hotel rooms are nice and clean.

The rest of the staff that worked the reception however....rude, unprofessional, and miserable. A bride should not be angry on her wedding day, and I was very angry at times due to the staff and the way they treated my guests, my bridal party, and my groom. They gave dirty looks all night, and snatched drinks from guests on the dance floor rather than nicely asking them to sit them down elsewhere. They were just not nice or friendly people. It was like we were inconveniencing them by having our wedding there. I worked in the service industry for 10 years. You put a smile on and bend over backwards for your guests whether you feel like it or not. If you can't do that you need to find another industry to work in.

The food was okay. Nothing to rave about but certainly not bad. The drinks were super weak. The bartenders had to be reminded three times during the dollar dance that we needed more shots. We completely ran out and many dancers didn't get their shot before the bartenders finally gave us more. Mind you that the bottles from which these shots came from were a separate charge on top of the open bar, and so every drop of them should have been poured from the get go.

Overall I was not thrilled. Again if I could rate it on the year of planning leading up to wedding or Jacqui alone, Pine Barn would have gotten a fantastic review. But unfortunately they really let me down on the day that counted the most.
