Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Our custom-made Victorian bridal gowns take 6 to 8 weeks from order date to delivery. Many of our Renaissance and Tudor gowns are in stock and ready for delivery - or can be obtained within 1-2 weeks. Please plan ahead to allow enough time in case an item is on backorder or you need to exchange for a different size. Backordered Renaissance and Tudor gowns can take 4-8 weeks for delivery.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We guarantee our products 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give refund your money. Any custom orders that are made to specifically fit your measurements are not eligible for refunds unless the gown is defective.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We don't have a seamstress onsite. Our Victorian gowns can be made to your measurements. If you need to alter length or fit of the Renaissance or Tudor gowns, you will need to go to a local reputable seamstress.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
Many of our period gowns are purchased by members of the wedding party and guests.
