Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. He absolutely killed the reception (in the best way) playlist. Our dance floor was consistently busy and full of people jumping around. We got so many compliments on the DJ. THANK YOU Frank!

They made everything feel seamless, stress free, and full of joy. We felt completely cared for every step of the way, and it showed in every detail of our wedding day. -John, our DJ, was incredible. He brought the perfect balance of fun, energy, and intuition, knowing exactly what to play and when. The dance floor was full from start to finish, and so many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. -Tracy and Jason, our photographers, were absolute magic. Their talent is extraordinary, and they captured the emotion, beauty, and tiny in between moments that mean the most. Beyond their artistry, they were so warm and calming, making Nick and me feel completely at ease the entire day. We felt as though we were more than just their clients, but one of their friends. -Brandon and Jaden, our videographers, were exceptional. They worked so gracefully behind the scenes, capturing every laugh, tear, and tender moment with so much care. Their creativity and passion for what they do truly shine through. Nick and I are endlessly grateful for this entire team. JD Entertainment is not just a company, it is a group of extraordinary people who pour their hearts into what they do. I put a lot of time and effort into researching our wedding vendors, so before scheduling a meeting with Special Moments Ent I knew they were the kind of company I wanted to work with. Brian was quick when communicating back and forth and was very flexible to setup a meeting. He welcomed us into his home studio to meet with him and our potential DJ Branden. We were so impressed in that meeting I knew we weren’t going to be looking any further. Their morals and views on wedding music and even tips about choosing songs made them a shoo in for our books. They played us an array of songs that made it a fun and interesting meeting. Branden was so down to earth and knew what he was talking about. Communication kept flowing between then and the wedding and Branden was available for all questions. He was great in our final meeting - he had so many good ideas and was really pumping us up. On the wedding day, Branden and Hope arrived and setup exactly when he said they would - even an outdoor ceremony on a chilly day (thank you for letting me live out that very important detail!). When I say Branden was the life of the party - I mean it! We were SO impressed and ecstatic with his charisma and skills. He was a fantastic MC and really got the crowd going, even had 100 questions for the show game. He read the crowd and played the best songs - especially at the end of the night playing songs that our generation grew up on. I’ve never danced so much in my life and we will never forget it. I had the time of my life, (and I owe it all to you - Branden and Hope)!

Tomas, Claire, and Kevin were amazing to work with for our wedding day! Everything from start to finish was perfect. We had some very specific ideas for music at our wedding and DJ Kevin made it come to life. Kevin is extremely talented at live mixing and he kept the fun vibe and energy going - so many of our guests gave us compliments on the music and we were dancing the entire night. The entire TM team also made sure to meet with us several times leading up to make sure everyone was on the same page about our music tastes, and song requests (and do-not-plays), speech intros, etc. They were the perfect choice for us - thank you Kevin, Tomas, and Claire!!

Where do I even begin! I was at a wedding expo when I came across the Rockstar Wedding booth. I met Diallo there and talk about photography. Spent some time looking at photo albums and a video of photos. Between his personality and photos I knew I found my photographer. I went from just looking for a photographer to hiring an officiant, photography (actually 2) videographer, Photo Booth and up lights. Everything was perfect !!!!! The team worked seamlessly to ensure the perfect day. They were so professional yet personable. It wasn’t just a job for them. You could tell they actually care about their job even going as far as to ensuring all of us bridesmaid had enough to eat and walking around with the box of bagels to make sure everybody was eating it is those little touches that really stand out? I definitely recommend Rockstar Weddings to all Brides, And to be able to hire so many different things with one company really took a lot of stress away from wedding planning. They were really on top of everything after our entrance. I had some immediate family that wanted some pictures and while they were just taking them on phones, the photographer saw and jumped right in and started taking professional pictures. I never had to ask them to do anything, they were already on top of it I have already recommended them to some future brides I know.

EDIT: After speaking with the Photography Director, Krista Smith, I would like to update my review. Krista was sincerely apologetic when reviewing the gallery photos with me and has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. She is making every effort to create a wedding album that we can truly enjoy and cherish. While unfortunate, I believe our experience with the photographer was an isolated incident and not reflective of the company’s overall standard or typical service. Though we cannot get that day back, I’m grateful that the team is doing everything they can to make it right. ORIGINAL POST First, I want to acknowledge and commend DJ Dustin—he was absolutely phenomenal. He kept the energy high, the dance floor full, and was a true highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, our experience with the photographer was deeply unsatisfactory. The majority of our photos show us squinting, and when the venue coordinator suggested relocating due to the lighting, the photographer declined. This decision significantly affected the quality of our pictures. Most heartbreaking of all, our wedding party consisted of our four children (ages 13 to 22), as this day marked the union of our two families. Shockingly, not a single usable photo of the six of us together was captured. Even the curated photo gallery that was presented to us did not include any of our family portraits. This lack of attention to such a meaningful detail is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Additionally, the photo booth attendant was kind, but the printer malfunctioned throughout the night. This resulted in delays, missing prints, and guests having to walk away without leaving messages. Some of the guestbook entries even have mismatched photos next to them due to the printing issues. I’m not someone who expects perfection or makes unreasonable demands. I am a simple person who hoped for a smooth, memorable day. Sadly, our experience with the photographer, left us with lasting regret. I would strongly advise against hiring him, and if he is the only option available, I would recommend reconsidering.
