Molly coordinated my wedding and handled so many behind the scenes things that made life so much easier for me. I wasn’t even stressed the week before because she had it all under control. And the day went by perfectly! She handled random weather, tricky guests, vendors, and everything in between I didn't even know about (because she handled it!). She made sure I was fed, hydrated, and even kept me cool with her little fan. She had anything anyone needed already packed and ready. Working with Sam from Wholehearted Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first call - through all my wild ideas and occasional panicked emails - Sam brought such a calm, reassuring energy to every step of the process. Every detail, from the timeline to vendor coordination, was handled so we could truly enjoy our day without a single worry. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to lift a finger. At one point, I texted Sam about a small mark on my dress, and within a minute she appeared with a box full of tools and tricks to fix it. Any time I had a question or concern, she either had an immediate solution or confidently told me not to think twice - she had it covered. One of my favorite moments came at the end of the night when she told us to just go have fun at our after-party. When we returned to our hotel later, all our personal items and decor had been neatly organized in our room, like magic. Because of that, we were able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with our families the next morning instead of rushing to pack up. We can’t recommend Sam enough - if you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding like their own, this is who you want by your side.

We hired Christina for "day-of" coordination, though her planning and expertise went far beyond the day of our wedding! Long before her "day-of' services started, she was a great resource to have, providing a lot of insight via email to the questions I had during the wedding planning process. Two months before our big day, we had a great phone conversation to decide a lot of smaller details, and she totally put my mind at ease. Her Google Drive documents made it really easy for me to stay organized on my own, and she seamlessly filled in the blanks for anything I was unsure about. It was so much fun having her around at our rehearsal and wedding day! She has such a laid-back, fun and sweet personality, and she got to know us, our wedding party and families over the course of the weekend. My bridesmaids kept saying how amazing it was to have her around! Not only to keep everything working smoothly (which, it totally did; if anything went wrong, I didn't even hear about it), but also as a positive and friendly face, making sure we were totally happy the whole time and that all needs were met. We are so grateful for all her hard work, definitely recommend!

Booking Adell Wymer’s partial wedding planning and day of coordinating services was the best decision my husband and I could’ve ever made. Her prices are reasonable, and ensured us that we can have the wedding of our dreams without blowing the bank( even though we did go a bit over budget by choice LOL). Adell had multiple meetings set up and always made herself available to us. Working a full time job and planning a wedding was the most difficult, time consuming thing, and Adell took so much pressure off by referring the right vendors and providing advice along the way. Plus it ensured my parents and my in laws could enjoy the day to the fullest without stressing about anything! The day of the wedding was nothing short of perfect.
