Lindsey decorated the entire space so beautifully and coordinated every single detail, which allowed me to truly relax and just enjoy my special day.

Because of her, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She handled everything seamlessly and made sure the day ran perfectly, all while checking in to ensure I was having the best time possible. Her organization, creativity, and calm presence made all the difference.

I am so glad we hired Lindsay to help with our daughter's wedding. She and her staff took care of coordinating with each vendor, coordinating with the venue, decorating, and decor clean up afterwards. She brought everything from candles to furniture! She did an amazing job and the venue was beautiful when she was finished. She also did a beautiful sweetheart table with curtains and flowers behind them and brought in a small sofa and backdrop for the Photo Booth. She was extremely easy to work with and always responded right away if I had questions or just wanted to add something else to the decor.

She does a fantastic job at events and weddings! Makes sure that everything goes seamlessly and so easy to work with!

Lindsey was absolutely amazing as our wedding day-of coordinator! She went above and beyond, giving us helpful tips before the wedding, recommending vendors, and making sure every detail was perfect on the big day. Lindsey was the last vendor we hired that we didn’t even know we needed, but are so incredibly grateful for - she made our wedding day! I had a friend’s sister who offered to help setup our decor for the wedding, but couldn’t last minute. In a panic, I found Lindsey and so glad that I did - she was a Godsend! At first, I was just looking to someone to help setup my decor and possibly assist with teardown. I had planned to buy my flowers through an online floral wholesaler and assemble them myself for the bouquets, boutonnières, and bud vases. After talking with Lindsey and going over my vision/ideas for the decor, she mentioned that she could also help with florals. I was able to buy the flowers through Lindsey’s wholesale floral account and she assembled them all at a fraction of the price of going through a florist. They were stunning! Lindsey did all of the florals, flawlessly executed the setup, and quickly carried out an organized teardown. She made things run so smoothly and eliminated any stress. She knew our venue (Frankenmuth Brewery) in and out and could make recommendations that would make the most of our decor and create a cohesive design. She is so professional, kind, talented, and highly organized. Had I found her sooner, I surely could have used her expertise to help through the all the wedding planning and coordination. She was my rescuer on multiple issues on my wedding day that I could not have predicted, even though we had a very small backyard wedding. I called in a panic about my cake when it was decorated totally different than expectation and I swear she must have come running! Lol. She completely redid the cake for me right then and there. Also, her arsenal of random items you never know you’ll need was impressive. It was like she had a solution for every problem!

She went above and beyond by creating a surprise gift for me as well and I was just taken aback by her creativity and thoughtfulness.

I can't say enough good things about hiring Lindsey as my day of coordinator - by far the BEST decision I made all wedding. Initially, we needed her help with set up (our venue was totally DIY for décor and table seating) which she was happy to do, but she also did SO much more. A few consults on Zoom, walking through our venue with us, ordering our greenery, thinking through seating planning, talking through the day of plan to make sure things went smoothly. All of her wedding experience and advice throughout was so valuable!

Then day of she really kept things on track, making sure relatives were where they needed to go, dinner was on time, vendor questions were addressed, etc. She even helped bustle my dress so my mom could enjoy more time with friends, it was so thoughtful. And she thought of many things I didn't: clear umbrellas, tissues, a small tent, and so much more.

Lindsey is one of the most organized people I've ever met and was by far the easiest person I worked with compared to managing other vendors - she just made sure things ran so smoothly, like answering emails or scheduling meetings quickly without making you wait. But it was also incredible working with her because she is so kind and funny and thoughtful. It really felt like planning the day with a good friend, and her humor helped us get through occasional stressful moments as well. Do not think twice about hiring Lindsey, I would recommend her to anyone for any event.

Lindsey is absolutely the best at her job — so experienced, organized, efficient, creative, responsive, helpful, kind, and reliable! She made my daughter’s wedding absolutely perfect! This included meeting on Zoom several times — and in person at the reception — in advance to plan and offer suggestions. She found beautiful table greenery through wholesale which saved us hundreds of dollars. On the day of the wedding, she traveled from Bay City to our two venues in Ann Arbor and Brighton (and back) to help the bride & groom, coordinate with vendors, attend to guest’s needs, decorate and pack up! We are so grateful for everything she did! She is invaluable, and her service is priceless!

Lindsey went above and BEYOND to make our big day perfect. She spent extra time designing my invitations and programs, and helped me problem solve all the DIY projects I was working on! Whatever I needed, I knew I wouldn’t have to worry because Lindsey would make sure we could make it happen! She did research on vendors and found us a rotary phone audio guest book, helped me find a wonderful florist, and made sure the entire event ran smoothly! Whenever wedding nerves and planning anxiety came into play, Lindsey knew exactly what to say and how to help! I can definitely say that my wedding day wouldn’t have been able to happen without her!
