I plan events for a living and I was super nervous to trust someone with my wedding day but after our initial consultation meeting, Lauren immediately put all my fears to rest. Her commitment to her brides and her attention to detail was evident from the start and she exceeded our expectations in every possible way!! We hired Lauren for the Partial Planning & Design package and brought on Ashley at Brunette Blossoms as our florist. From the bottom of our hearts, hiring these two was the best decision we made for our wedding day. This duo is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Lauren and Ashley made our day so beautiful and captured my vision so perfectly. It was the wedding of our dreams! The design board that Lauren created was on point and I loved that I could take it to our vendors for inspiration on everything from our invites to the cake. All of our vendors loved it too! Lauren was so helpful answering questions throughout the wedding planning process, sending over helpful documents, giving creative suggestions and making sure to remind us of all the little details that can easily be missed when preparing for such a big day. It’s so easy to get decision fatigue when planning your wedding and Lauren took so much of the stress out of making wedding day decisions. All of the amazing pre-wedding work was nothing in comparison to what she did for us day of. Lauren was cool, calm and collected throughout every part of the day and solved all of the inevitable event day hiccups without us or our families realizing anything, which is a skill only the best events professionals have. Throughout the getting ready morning, she constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed while simultaneously handling set up and vendor load in. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all day because she had everything handled effortlessly! When the unexpected happened, Lauren handled it like a pro. The officiant we hired didn’t show and 15 min before the ceremony, Lauren helped us make a game time decision to have the DJ (who she found out was ordained) officiate the wedding. Lauren took a problem that could ground our day to a halt and made sure it didn’t dampen our day. Lauren did not let a single thing slide!! From making sure all the items we brought for decor were taken to our room to staying on track with all the pictures we wanted to take (it rained all day, so it no small feat) to even finding us at the hotel bar to say goodbye at the end of the night, Lauren did everything without breaking a sweat. I was blown away by her skills and her ability to save the day. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is impeccable—even down to leaving two slices of cake in our room because we didn’t have time to eat any! We are so so so grateful for Lauren! You will never regret having her lead your wedding day!

From the moment we contacted Johanna Alexander of Twenty-One Events, we were put at ease. Johanna planned and organized our day-of wedding coordination for our November 2013 wedding. Johanna listened to every detail and understood what parts of the celebration were important to Ryan and me. She respected our vision and ideas, while giving suggestions and options at appropriate times. Her knowledge of wedding etiquette and wedding traditions were helpful when creating our ceremony and reception components. Johanna created a very organized and concise day-of timeline that helped Ryan and me have a clear vision of the day and an understanding on what to expect. It was also very helpful when organizing the rest of the wedding attendants. Johanna made confirmation phone calls to vendors the week before the wedding which gave us great piece of mind. There was 100% consistency with the rehearsal and ceremony. After facilitating the ceremony Johanna immediately went to our reception site to help prepare our reception room decor (center pieces, gift table, signs). Johanna’s calm demeanor and ability to work with with all parties involved in creating a successful wedding day make her a talented wedding planner. I highly recommend her for any degree of wedding planning or coordination services.

Stacy and her team were amazing! We had such a great time working with them. I was speaking with her about the chivari chairs and chargers and asked if she also had a caramel apple and mini pie bar. She said she did not but she could. She quickly dove right into creating one that surpassed anything that I could imagine. It was awesome and everyone has been raving about it! The chairs and chargers also helped to add an elegance to the event. I can’t wait to plan another event and work with her again! Thank you so much, Stacy!
