Steph was my saving grace. I made decisions but she heard my ideas and provided me choices to ensure my dream day was as I envisioned. She scheduled and was in attendance for everything whether it was for me or my husband. Even in frustration she kept me calm and made sure in the end I had all that I wanted. Steph was theeeeeeee absolute best and I would send all that ask for a referral to HER! She was A-double-M-mazing and my wedding was truly more than I could have ever dreamed and I know that no one could have brought it together with grace the way she did 💪🏽 She hand made every bouquet and boutonniere, she handled my vendors effortlessly…and even if it was too much for us to think of 😏😏😏 SHE HAS US‼️💪🏽💪🏽 She was everything for us and everything a planner should have been! Utsav planning has been nothing short of incredible. Rupali, Emily, and Samm were an incredible team from start to finish in planning and executing our vision exactly as we desired. They are all very skilled and have great domain knowledge regarding wedding planning - they created in depth timeline for our wedding, kept track of vendor contracts, and helped us ensure our AV and decor logistically made sense for our plan. We met remotely with them with higher frequency as the wedding date came near and they were able to help us iron out important details to ensure the event was a success. They are so incredibly sweet and thoughtful, from providing us with food and water when noticing we needed it to making sure our guests needs were met. We strongly recommend Utsav planners to anyone getting married within the U.S. or outside. We assure you they will make wedding planning easy and stress free. :)

When I initially started wedding planning, I wasn't sure that I would truly need a day of coordinator. If you're like me, stop and re-evaluate and then contact Colleen. While we hired her as a Day of Coordinator, she was a sounding board in the last 2 months as we replanned due to COVID and she met with me the week before to make sure all our ducks were in a row. She is truly a Mary Poppins when it comes to helping out - she contacted all our vendors prior to the event, had a bag full of emergency items (including needle and thread to sew me into my dress), played Spotify DJ for our ceremony, and made sure our groomsmen were wrinkle free. She comes in with a smile and made our day feel seamless. As a bonus, she also did the boutineers for the gentleman with my very specific floral/herb requests and they were lovely!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Jessica at Fear No More for supporting me in my final month of wedding planning. If you are aimlessly searching through reviews like I did – please STOP and hire Jessica and her team. Jessica’s diverse background (10+ years in the wedding dress and event industries) prior to opening her own planning business – really broadens her skillsets she offers. Jessica is very detailed from reviewing contracts (yes! as a month-of-planner!), guest lists, minute-by-minute schedule, vendor services – you don’t have to worry once she’s onboard. I had all my vendors RAVING about her because of her detailed timeline and quick communication – many thought she planned my wedding from the get-go because we were so in-sync, and our transition was seamless. Jessica and her assistant Shelby were a dream-team and addressed any small issues leading up to and on the day with such sweet demeanors and grace (many times without even making me aware). With a COVID spike around Memorial Day our guest count / tables were changing up to the reception, Jessica was so understanding and creative in her problem solving. We couldn’t have imagined our wedding with out Fear No More – Jessica has truly become a friend and I’m forever grateful for all the support she provided us. Please hire her, I promise your stress levels will drop!!
