My wife and I were planning nearly 6 different events with Utsav across two weekends (which is way too many in hindsight), but the team took it in stride. From every phone call, late-night WhatsApp message, to the on-site prep they were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make the day the best one of our lives.

The stress they took away from us is easily worth the price, but beyond that they allowed my wife and I to be present and enjoy the day knowing that a capable team was on it.

Rupali, Emily, and Samm - thank you for everything you do and for making our wedding feel like a Bollywood movie. I had so many guests come up and complement the flow, the decor, the food, and how seamless everything felt. That's 100% due to the hard work you all put in.

Utsav planning has been nothing short of incredible. Rupali, Emily, and Samm were an incredible team from start to finish in planning and executing our vision exactly as we desired. They are all very skilled and have great domain knowledge regarding wedding planning - they created in depth timeline for our wedding, kept track of vendor contracts, and helped us ensure our AV and decor logistically made sense for our plan. We met remotely with them with higher frequency as the wedding date came near and they were able to help us iron out important details to ensure the event was a success.

They are so incredibly sweet and thoughtful, from providing us with food and water when noticing we needed it to making sure our guests needs were met. Would recommend working with Rupali and Sam. We had a very tight budget but they did everything they could to help us stick to it. They suggested unique ways to repurpose items and floral arrangements so that we still had a really beautiful wedding. Closer to the date they were very responsive and the day of went smoothly with no issues.
