We were first introduced to the Sugar events team when we hired Sahil through our previous planner. We immediately took a liking to him because he seemed organized, professional, and had a very down to earth demeanor. Unfortunately, we had to change planners, so we reached out to Sahil to see if he recommended any full service planners. He suggested we use the planning team at Sugar Events and that ended up being an excellent choice! Sahil and Kamden did an incredible job of matching the vibe to the moment. My non-Indian fiance was very nervous about the baraat but Sahil made him feel very reassured and hyped him up. They did a great job of MCing during the ceremony and reception program. Finally, they once again created a hype environment for the reception. We really appreciate all the hard work Sahil and Kamden put in!

DJ Kru was our DJ for our entire wedding weekend and Sugar Events was honestly one of our favorite vendors. Our planning meetings were easy-going, insightful, and felt so personable. They really took the time to get to know me and Dev, and it showed!

Our wedding weekend would not have been the same without DJ Kru. We are still getting compliments well after the wedding was over! The energy he brought was unmatched. He kept everyone hyped all night while perfectly reading the room, knowing exactly when to play a hype track, a Bollywood hit, or something more chill. He nailed our music taste while keeping the whole crowd going. Our guests could not stop talking about how the energy was unlike anything they had experienced at a wedding.

We hired Sugar Events for DJ and Lighting services for our Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. We loved how organized, responsive, and straightforward they were and they helped us build our timelines and answered questions quickly. When we later found out that our venue didn’t allow some effects we had originally paid for, Saahil was flexible in modifying our package and pricing. On the days of the events DJ Kru kept the crowd energized, explained all the elements, and followed our requests while adding his own fun twists. He played the best music on the dance floor with killer transitions, kept everyone hype and was able to keep our Sangeet and Reception varied so it felt like two different big parties! We had the best time and got so many compliments from our guests! Would highly recommend DJ Kru and rest of the Sugar team!

We had DJ Gsimz for my sister’s Punjabi wedding and he absolutely killed it! From the jaggo to the reception, every event was next-level thanks to his insane talent and energy. He dropped the perfect mix of old school Punjabi bangers and current hits, keeping the vibe fresh while still honoring the classics. The dance floor stayed packed all night, with everyone from the kids to the elders getting in on the action.

His transitions were smooth, his timing was on point, and he knew exactly how to read the crowd. Whether it was emotional ceremony moments or full-on dance battles at the sangeet, he delivered every single time.

Also gotta give a huge shoutout to Sagar for the lighting, the setup looked incredible and took everything to another level. The whole production felt straight out of a movie.

Sahil knows how to keep everyone on the dance floor! We had our reception at Offley Place, UK and the dance floor was filled all night long! He was always extremely professional and great at communication. He made sure we were happy with the type of music being played and ensured the music vibed with the guest’s tastes too. Booking Sahil was our best decision, he went above and beyond for us and he made our day absolutely perfect!

I have seen this team DJ several events and have been part of a photo/video team at events that he has done DJ at. They are all very grounded and can really make everyone get up and dance as DJs and Emcees! I highly recommend this team for their DJ services. They are an amazing team to work with deliver nothing but the best to their clients!

I honestly don’t even know where to start with Sahil and the whole DJ fam — they completely blew it out of the water.

Literally every single person (like 300+ people!!) at our wedding came up to us and said something along the lines of, “That was the BEST wedding DJ we’ve ever heard.” And honestly? They weren’t lying. You know how at some weddings you’re just standing there like, “Uhh… why are they playing this right now?” Yeah — never happened. Not once. The vibes were immaculate the whole weekend.

Sahil sat down with us multiple times leading up to the wedding to walk through every detail — songs we needed, songs we didn’t want anywhere near our playlist, and all the genres we love. We told him we wanted the Sangeet and Reception to have totally different feels, we told him we wanted a specific percentage of this genre vs that, and he delivered on that x100. The energy was so high the entire time that people actually didn’t sit down for dinner. The dance floor was lit the entire time.

Sahil killed it as MC, and Sagar, Viraj, Ravij, and Ayush were the ultimate hype squad. Like, truly unmatched energy. They kept the crowd going the whole time and handled all the chaotic behind-the-scenes stuff like pros: last-minute song changes, random performance add-ons, family requests for music, timeline not being followed… they just rolled with everything without missing a beat.

And don’t even get me started on my husband’s Baraat, I had serious FOMO. It was so hype I wish I was there as a guest. The team brought color bombs, CO2 guns and their high energy to make it soooo fun.

I’m not even exaggerating when I say I wish I could run our wedding back just so I could be a guest and party with this crew from the other side. Sahil and the team helped create some of the most fun, unforgettable memories of our lives. Can’t recommend them enough for your wedding DJ. Love you guys, let’s do it all over again sometime!!

Sahil, Riddhi, navya, and the entire team did such a phenomenal job at our wedding. We had 0 worries on the day of because they paid such close attention to details leading up to it. Sahil mixed all of our entrances and dance floor music so well. Everyone had a blast and it was a night to remember.
