We truly could not have imagined a more perfect team to help us bring our wedding day to life than Tomas and Claire. From the very beginning, their passion, dedication, and unmatched work ethic stood out in every interaction we had with them. They are, without a doubt, two of the hardest-working and most detail-oriented individuals we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

But what makes this experience even more special is that along the way, we didn’t just work with two incredible professionals—we gained two lifelong, ever-lasting friends. Tomas and Claire have become part of our story, our journey, and our hearts. They’re more than just wedding coordinators—they are now people we consider true friends, and we are so grateful to have them in our lives moving forward.

Tomas and Claire saved the day!
Wildfires, thunderstorms, power outage, heatwave… can you imagine those all happened the day of your wedding?
Thankfully we had these two holding the EVERYTHING together. My spouse and I didn’t worry at all because they worked so diligently in the background coordinating with the venue and making sure we had no decisions to make day of.

In addition, the venue lost power all night. Tomas had the foresight to bring a generator which meant no issues at all with music or lighting for the reception.

Words genuinely cannot describe how eternally grateful my husband and I are to have had Claire and Tomas help with our wedding day. They literally saved our wedding day. Our venue had a horrible storm blow through that led to the power being blown out at the venue for the entire wedding day and night. Luckily, because Tomas and Claire are the best of the best, my husband and I didn’t even have to bat an eye and worry about anything. Tomas is so prepared for the unexpected that he had a generator in his car at the ready. The weather turned out beautiful in the afternoon and despite the lack of power at the venue the day was perfect because Tomas and Claire saved the day! We had music and lights and a great party solely because they were ready for the unexpected. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. EVERYONE was so impressed by them. Every single detail was executed so beautifully. Despite the stressful circumstances, my husband and I felt so calm and had the best night! Everyone has been raving about how it was the best wedding they’d been to. So many guests have asked for their names to use in the future! I have no doubt in my mind that had we not had them as our vendors our wedding day would be a horror story rather than a fairytale. Besides being excellent on the fly at handling any and all issues that arose, Tomas was an excellent DJ. The dance floor was packed all night. They really took curveball after curveball and handled it with such grace. I have no doubt in my mind that any future couple would be so happy they hired TM events. If you’re looking for the best possible team this is it!!!!

Hiring Claire and Tomas was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As a husband-and-wife duo, they operate with a level of chemistry and seamless communication that made our entire day stress-free.

Claire, our day-of coordinator, handled every detail with such grace that we were able to fully relax and enjoy our day without a single worry. She kept everything on schedule and managed the flow of events perfectly. Tomas, our DJ, kept the energy high from start to finish. He did a fantastic job reading the crowd, and everyone had such a great time dancing and celebrating. A huge thank you to their assistant, Madison, as well, who provided incredible support behind the scenes. If you want a professional, talented, and kind team to run your wedding day, look no further than these three!

Everyone at TM Events + Social was extremely professional, helpful, and cared about our needs! We worked with Tomas but our DJ was Nick and he was amazing! Nick was so chill, reliable and made sure our whole group had a great time! We would sincerely recommend them to anyone! They were our favorite vendor!

Our wedding saviors. Tomas and Claire were the best DJ/Coordinator duo that we could have asked for. From day one, they made the entire process a breeze. Not only are they really fun to be around and incredibly sweet, they really know their stuff. My wife and I had complete trust in them and that truly helped us relax on our wedding day. I could not recommend them enough. If you are planning a wedding, you need them in your life. 

I don’t know where to start. Claire, Tomas, and their team, are the most amazing people we could have ever asked to be apart of our wedding day. I truly don’t know what would have happened that day without them. Leading up to you our wedding day, they did nothing but support us, answer our many questions, and tackle our concerns with other vendors head on. They took absolutely all of the stress off our shoulders when it came to coordination, event set up, music, and countless other tasks that were not even theirs to handle. Our music was excellent, and although we did give Tomas a list of our favorite songs, we trusted him whole heartedly to make our night memorable with his music and he did exactly that. They were very affordable for our budget, however we would have spent much more just to have them. They are the sweetest humans on earth and all they cared about was making our day perfect and stress free. I could not recommend them enough. I would have another wedding just so that I could work with them again. If you are in need for a DJ and coordinator duo, they are hands down the best in the business. 

Tomas is simply amazing! Music is really special to my husband and I, and it was even more important to us for our wedding day. He played and mixed all of our favorite songs, kept the dance floor high all night long and never missed a beat. He is fun to be around, professional and very talented. I was having a hard time picking my processional song that was a surprise for my husband and he was able to mix 2 together to create exactly what I was envisioning. It was incredible! It is something I will never forget and now I have it forever to look back on. Tomas is so down to earth and he made us feel like close friends. All our guests raved about our songs and the energy. Our day would not have been the same without him. It was everything I could have wished for! 

We used TM Events for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier. We had Nick as our DJ, and Madison as our day-of-coordinator. We got the social booth too (get it while you can!) To start, Tomas makes the whole planning process incredibly simple. You’ll get a live google doc to add details for the day of, which is a massive help in planning. Their professionalism and organization is top notch.

Nick was the perfect DJ. He plays your must-plays, and feeds off of those as well as the vibe on the dance floor to make the night flow seamlessly. He’d find us across the venue to ask us whether we wanted a specific song played or whether we wanted to move onto the next part of the wedding. He really went above and beyond to make our night perfect.

Madison was wonderful as well. There is no way we could have had such a great night without her. If you are considering whether or not to hire a day-of-coordinator, consider no more. Hire one! She handled everything from set-up to tear-down, even loading everything in our cars at the end of the night. It was so great having someone with so much knowledge and experience guide us through the night.

Throughout the night, they both checked in on us. Seeing if there was anything we needed or wanted. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

If you decide to go with TM Events you will not regret it. We couldn’t recommend them enough.
