What beauty services do you offer?
Makeup
Do you charge for trials?
Yes, the preview wedding makeup trial is $50. I recommend brides to do this during their hair trial or before their bridal portrait to secure their desired look and to avoid any mishaps such as allergic reactions that will interfere with their appearance for their bridal portrait or wedding day makeup.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, I do travel to the bride on her wedding day. The travel fee is included in the price if within 50 miles roundtrip of the 23513 zip code origin. Anything outside of 50 miles from the zipcode will be assessed at .50 per mile per trip.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
I have a limit of no more than 10 faces for the entire bridal party for the fact that I am a one woman show with no assitants. Normally additional faces are $50 per face for the wedding party, but I do offer a special of $45 per face if five or more faces are booked for the wedding party.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
Booking a reservation at least 3-4 weeks in advance is sufficient, to allow time for a consultaion/preview before the wedding takes place.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation for any reason after the deposit has been rendered will be forfeited. The client is made aware in the contract that the 50% deposit for wedding day makeup is due one month before the wedding to secure my services for thier wedding date and it is non-refundable.
